I am a regular at this Starbucks, and the past weeks I have noticed some changes that are very inconvenient to the customers. This location removed the straws section from their counters & now if you need a straw you need to ask for one. Additionally when you order a HOT drink, they no longer provide a sleeve for the HOT cup. You alsoHave to ask them. Most of the time the baristas are busy & it seems like it is a problem to them when you ask them for one. Starbucks is not a cheap coffee shop, & it is extremely ridiculous that now they can even provide you with straws for cold drinks & sleeves for hot drinks. This needs to stop!

I usually order online and pick up. The employees are super nice and they are really quick also. For a quick protein breakfast I usually like to grab the Spinach Feta Wrap. Deeelish! ?

I genuinely like this Starbucks they always make their drinks on time and the service is amazing. But they usually don't have items available. I always order on the app and when I come to pick it up they tell me they don't have it. Then they won't give me a refund and tell me I have to call this number and say this. Or other times they tell me to swipe my card and they will put it in.

What a terrible experience. What terrible customer service. I just went for my daily coffee and once again, one of the employees by the name of Dom, humiliated me and treated me poorly. She didn’t even want to talk to me when I asked a simple question. I have been coming to this Starbucks for many many years and I have always felt like family. Since this person has been working here, I have been avoiding it. I decided to come here today because I was in the area but never again. I am so upset I feel like my blood pressure is up the roof and I’m very upset. Never again!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any Starbucks in my life. I went for a third time this week because I got coffee for them to grind. Every time I ask for a regular espresso grind. They never get it right so I find myself going back 2 to 3 times a month. Today, I went, and apparently there was a manager there. An African-American lady, with two braids and tattoos all over her hands told me that I needed to check my stuff before I leave that they were not there to help me out every time that I wanted. She told me that she was going to help me out this time, but never again. Mind you, I do not need to check something every time that I go. If I ask for service, and pay for it. I shouldn’t have to be babysitting. Instead of me checking, they need to train their own employees. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this happens all the time! This, it is a problem. That’s not even what bothered me the most. It was the lack of customer service, and the way that I was treated in front of other customers and employees. She literally humiliated me and made me feel super bad. I was never step foot in the Starbucks again.

Dom made my experience at this Starbucks EXCEPTIONAL. Ive been to this location a bunch of times and ive never seen her here before but she AMAZED me. From the moment i walked in, i got a "good morning" from absolutely everyone working. I want to congratulate everyone on this team, especially Dom and Jetlyane. WOW. WOW. WOW. Dom makes a great impression on her team and definitely sets an example and high standard of customer care and service.
