Congratulations to the Owner of this Store. Their employees are saving them a lot of money or rather I think their employees are taking home what they take from their clients. Those already prepared sandwiches are not even 3 ounces; they look like toast. Unfortunately, they bring their bad habits from Cuba.

The employees must pass a customer service course, the attitude and treatment of the customer is terrible, in addition to seeing how they prepare your bread with little enthusiasm and total disrespect for the customer (without masks), gossiping even about their own co-workers, on top of your sandwich. Clean place but the employees on the shift on 02/16/2024 at night are poorly behaved, they can't stand children and they coolly demonstrate in front of us who are clients and parents of a 2-year-old child. They should take customer service courses or they don't remember that their children were also children and they certainly weren't perfect.

Rating this a one star because my husband got sick after eating here.He has a chicken sub and I had a steak sub. I suspect it was the chicken that gave him food poisoning. It wasn’t undercooked but I believe the staff isn’t following proper food handling protocols and temperatures guidelines.We will be reporting to department of health for further investigation.Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning accompanied by vomit and nausea.
