I feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t speak Spanish coming here, they only speak Spanish here, and LOUD. I’m bilingual so I’m ok, but it’s not inclusive of others…at least an effort to speak some English would be good…

The associate just messed up my order. Instead of turkey, I got Tuna. Lesson learned: check before leaving the establishment. Everything else looked fresh and the service was great ?

Very bad attitude, I asked him for one more subway than the first order and he got angry and told me why you didn't tell me to finish the order, very bad customer service today, February 18.

I was here today February 18, 2023 with my 2 children and I ordered 1 subway as always to eat here but my other son asked me for one more and when I asked him at the same moment to prepare another one for me, the subway worker responded hatefully, you would have told me to stop finish now
I apologized and told him that if it couldn't be done, don't do it, he would get angry, very bad customer service.

The lady working told me to try a new peperroni for the bmt, i asked her if the price was the same and she said yes. At the time to pay when i showed her i had a coupon she said i couldn't use it because the new pepperoni cost more and it was not under promotion. Very misleading information from the two ladies working here today. It was a 5 dollars difference, that i as a costumer had to pay when i actually came in just for the coupon which is 8.99 with a meal. Train your people with this scenarios and for them to say that the new pepperoni is more expensive and not give out misleading information or false advertisement. Today is 04-05-2023 at 2:27 pm.

The sandwiches are old and also the toppings look weird. They need to modernize their Subway Restaurant. More fund should be given, I saw another Subway that was way more of a bright environment, not like this one. The service is great, but it can improve.

Just picked up the sub , the lettuce taste like it went bad. If you as a person wouldn’t eat the food yourself, here’s a suggestion don’t feed it to your customers!!!!!! Food was disgusting don’t come to this subway

THE ATTENTION IS EXCELLENT FROM THE EMPLOYEE. BUT I RATED HER A 3 BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY HER AND THERE WERE QUITE A LOT OF ORDERS ONLINE. LIKE IN UBER. THE OWNER OF THE PLACE/FRANCHISE SHOULD HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES. AND THIS WAY THERE WOULD NOT BE DISCOMFORT FROM PEOPLE WAITING FOR SO LONG, IT IS MY OPINION "TO THE OWNER"
