The subs were very good
Great food
I ordered from here all the time and they did not deliver my sandwiches today. They left it in the parking lot next to my rental office. They didn’t even call me to my intercom. I went to the parking lot where I saw the picture and my sandwiches were not there and the rental office lady said they didn’t even bring it in. I didn’t even know they came here and her window faced the parking lot where they supposedly left my sandwich disgusted and the phone number. Don’t even work to this place. I just filed a report with subways.
I give them one star because, if I don't, I don't have the option to write. Last Friday, October 18, 2024, I went with my family to this place. The first surprise was that there is no longer visual access to the place where the meats are. and sausages. A lady with very dark tattooed eyebrows served us very reluctantly. She took samples of what was seen before and now, I don't know the reason is hidden, and she said I have salami, bacon and so on, lifting up small portions with her hands. Then she told the other girl to continue serving. In short, I even lost the desire to continue counting. In short, poor service, no display of meat products, small breads and a very high price. Four negative reasons, one for each star I had to give them. They were the most poorly spent 40 dollars of my life.
Amazing. The lady take her time to prepare the meals and sandwiches but she is so kind and helpful. I felt bad for her because she is working alone and there was a lot of clients 🥺. I hope her management team is taking care of her because she is going an amazing job. Thank you subway.

They don't follow the directions, disappointing
The last two times I have ordered from this Subway, I don't know why, but they don't follow the instructions I specify. The final straw was the last time I ordered: I clearly selected the sweet onion teriyaki sauce, but instead they put a spicy sauce on me which completely ruined my meal. The sandwich was so bad I couldn't even eat it. It is frustrating that they do not respect what customers request. Unfortunately, I will not be able to order from this location again. Lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.

The place is very clean & the woman who was working was very pleasant & gave an excellent service. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars & not 5 is because they’re covering some of the ingredients with a new metal that acts as a “food shield” i believe. I’m sure they’re doing it for a good reason but it is very inconvenient especially for new-comers or people that aren’t regulars. For whatever reasons there might be, i’m sure Subway can come up with a better idea that is more comfortable & convenient for the customers. It’s just a bit annoying right now.

Very bad customer service, the girls who served me only complained that the place was full but they did nothing to prevent it from being that way, on the contrary, they placed the orders very slowly, I waited for more than 30 minutes for something that was It was supposed to be ready when it arrived, they must have training in customer service and learn to be more agile, these types of places are not meant to have a line of 5 people for more than an hour, it is ridiculous.

I used to eat a lot in Subway, but I had 2 bad experiences:
First, doing a pick up order by the App. My surprise is that when I arrived, they gave my order to someone else for mistake and couldn't do anything about it. So: lost money.
Second, doing a delivery order, and guest what: lost money again. My order never arrived. The app has no Customer Service option, I called 5 times to this restaurant, and no answer.
I'm really sorry because I used to love eating Subway, but lost my money 2 times with no answer from them make me think it twice about why order from here if there are many options out there.

Today, Thursday, May 6, 2024, I was in this store and at 3:20 pm there is an older woman, with light hair and glasses, serving the public, very rude and haughty, she did not offer me cheese options for my salad and she got upset when I asked for it, In addition to answering in a bad way by suggesting that I add a little more olives to my salad, she also yelled at my husband... It's unfortunate that you have to come across people who don't know how to have empathy or work with the public! A Cuban so they know who she is

The bread was stale had very difficulty chewing it. The lettuce was Not fresh, it turned pink. I did not enjoy my meal but the young gentleman was very nice and inviting.

In general I give the place 1 star because tonight's shift 09/11/23 at 12:39 in the morning a very rude boy does not have charisma nor does he know how to treat customers with very bad manners he told us Me and my family couldn't eat at the tables, so as not to give too much trouble, that boy's service was very bad, they should talk to him or at least train him properly, I hope you take this into account.
