Horrible service at the West Hialeah store at 49th Street and 7th Avenue. The lady on the phone, didn't acknowledge us, finally made the sandwiches in a hurry and I told her I wanted 2 more to go and she told me she would do them later. She got back on the phone. When I finished eating I told her I was ready to order and she still told me to wait because she was on the phone and couldn't make it for me. Never have I seen someone treat the paying customer this way. Extremely horrible service and lack of education. With a Subway in every corner, I will never come back to 775 West 49th Street Subway with this bad service.

Please, if you say you close at 10 PM, do it, I got here after work at 9:38 pm and the lights were out. Change the closing time to a real one.

A ripoff, the sandwiches hardly have any meat. Paid almost $15 for a footlong roast beef, only 2 slices of meat and a tons of vegetable and condiments. Save your money and your taste buds.....go somewhere else.

Food is always fresh employees are extremely nice and helpful BUT can someone fix the bathroom it's a third time I come in the span of 4 months and the bathroom is always out of order! You guys can't call ur facilities team or just call a plumber!

My mom and I were just in that area. And decided to stop in and have lunch. Both my mom and myself love Subway. It may not be completely healthy but it's better than half of junk you find out there.

One of the best subway experiences yet. Moises Crafted our sandwich with excellence. He's doing a great job with the store and with customers. He's running the store by himself keeping all the tables clean the entire store is sanitized and he really loves what he does.
