This is about the third time I come to this location and it’ll be my last. Every time I come they treat you like you’re a bother. I only go to order and it’s annoying to them. I don’t understand why people who don’t want to work are hired. I ordered 4 cookies today online that in a message to please place them individually because they’re for kids and I want to give them individually. When I get there they’re all together. And when I asked politely for it to be done she sighed like she was annoyed. And i’m glad I asked because I was about to get one of the cookies wrong. And the subway was empty. I don’t understand. But for sure you don’t have to worry about me anymore I won’t be going again.

Today marks the second time that someone at this location doesn’t prepare my sandwich for a mobile order. I get here when the app says my order is ready and the woman tells me just because they didn’t have the bread, they never made my two sandwiches instead of just substituting it for another. Because of this I’m getting to work late now! I’m extremely frustrated with this location! The woman did end up making them quickly which I did appreciate since I was on a time crunch.
