This Subway # 2893 on 801 E 8th avenue Lejune their customer service is horrible on 7/18/25 time 2 P.M I stop by their was a young girl and a middle age women. The middle age women was so rude but this is not the first time that an incident happens. Telling customers with a bad attitude saying why customers don't go to the North west area so they could be treated poorly I don't know why she treats customers that way. Than I call the store to speak to the manager the young girl pick up the phone she said the manager was not their I ask what are the manager hours that I need it to talk to the manager and she said I don't have the time to talk to you we are busy. I thinks those people that are working on that shift have a tremendous issues in there personal life but we are not the problem you don't like what you do just quit.

The experience at this establishment was terrible from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the service was disappointing—also i ask for the combo 6.99$ I finished paying 11.55 $!! the staff had a rude and unhelpful attitude, as if they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. On top of that, the quality of the food was awful. I ordered a sandwich, and it was a complete disaster: the bread was dry and stale, the ingredients seemed low-quality, and the overall taste was unpleasant. To make matters worse, after eating it, I felt sick to my stomach and had to rush to the bathroom. All in all, an experience to forget. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
