Subway by itself it’s getting worse with each day passing by, but specifically this local is a living hell, I’m not the typical to comment after a single bad experience but after many as the ones I’ve had with this place, where I order most of the time from internet and when I go to pick it up the Tuna sandwich is cold even though I selected to toast, but today it’s a no brainer thing, I ordered and had my mom to look it for me where for surprise the worker told my mom that she didn’t receive any order and not even showing order of confirmation she kept saying that the machine would have sounded, but she didn’t even check it after my mom told her to do so, few seconds before caking the manager she noticed that the order was always there but she didn’t pay attention to it and saying she didn’t receive it, is unbelievable the types of workers we are having nowadays, I mark this place with a X

Lady speaks zero English, (which is fine), but when she acts like it's her business and she serves you less than she should on your $10 tuna sandwich it's ridiculous. I was going to order more food but when I saw how stingy she was, she is lucky I even paid for the crappie footlong she made. People, you are losing customers when you don't care about them. I doubt an extra scoop of tuna was not going to get her fired. Shameful

A very elderly man named Luis, I suppose and hope, is the rather unpleasant owner, since when I went to pay, I wanted to apply a coupon and he told me in a very rude way that this could not be done and that I had to tell him first, since the sandwiches Those bought with coupons bring less food, a joke really, if you don't want your restaurant to have offers, talk to your franchise and exclude it. The man is ready to retire, poor employees.
