Food was great and the service was excellent. I’ve been to the other Sake Guras and this place was definitely the best of the bunch. Will definitely be back.

I ordered food through doordash on a Sunday. I was sincerely disappointed with the quality and quantity of food. I have been eating at sushi sake very regularly and only once have I ordered from the Hialeah location. The tuna in the tuna roll that I ordered had a foul smell. If you eat raw fish, you know that fresh and consumable fish should not have a foul order. I had to stop eating it after the first bite out of concern for food safety. My bf order the chicken teriyaki with vegetables. It was missing the vegetables and there was only a small amount of chicken in the platter.
Overall, this was a highly unpleasant experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to anyone who values their health or expects even a basic standard of food quality. This location is clearly in need of new management—or at the very least, someone who genuinely cares about serving safe, well-prepared meals.

I placed an order for pickup and they made me wait an hour after telling me 25-30 minutes. Additionally, each time I order my food just gets smaller.

A roll for 20 dollars and they charge you a sauce for one dollar seems disrespectful to me.

The truth is that there is very little professionalism on the part of the workers with the client, and even more so on the part of the cooks.

I’ve gone to plenty of sushi sake all the time. But everytime I go to the one in Hialeah they always short or skimp the food for take out. As you could see in the pictures . Like I’m paying 20$ for this and you don’t give me the correct amount. Not the first time but this time I just couldn’t let it slide. I guess I just won’t go to this location . Since rice is so expensive for y’all.

My pregnant wife ordered take out from here. It was $50 for a beef fried rice and 1 sushi roll ... when the food arrived it was just disgusting so bad and the portions ridiculous. Horrible sushi and fried rice.

Let me tell you how shady this location is. I asked the waiter for “a glass of Pinot Grigio” to which she replied “I am not sure if we have but if we don’t, is Chardonnay ok?” And I agreed. I have been going to sushi sake for years and I know their glasses of wines range from $10-$12 and their bottles are about $30-$35. I had my glass and I ordered a second glass. When we received the bill, I realized I was being charged $48 for my two glasses. I asked the waiter why it was so expensive (this is sushi sake in Hialeah, no jodan) she said they were changing their inventory and the Pinot Grigio they now carried was $24 a glass. I told her she should have told me this before ordering, had I known, I would have not ordered it. She apologized and they took off $8 from the bill. Que clase de descarados son. Imagine who else they are tricking into their own prices. It’s not the $24, it’s the principal and the lack of integrity. I am never going back.

If you want overpriced sushi and fried rice
Below average quality food &
Small portions
This is the place to go.
I can make better sushi at home and I've never made sushi in my life. Publix sells better sushi and any fried rice is better than the garbage they sent me...

Gentlemen, do not abuse when you order through Uber Eats, what they give for food is too little, rice in the market does not cost that much, be smarter when it comes to serving the quantities. They sent me a small stuffed rice with no flavor, the shrimp I barely saw 3, the meat they didn't put it in, god have mercy, they don't give money here for free, I won't go again and I don't recommend them.
