Sushi Sake Hialeah Gardens

We order all the time from this place . We absolutely love it, the quality, presentation, freshness is beyond. Our orders always are 100.00 and above. We have tried so many delicious plates is beyond our expectations. Last night we placed an order for 170.00 and for the first time I ordered the sushi combo platter which brings 6 types of sushi rolls for 88.00 since I had a group of 7 in my house and 4 of them have never tried it. We also added the pineapple rice, crab salad, fried wontons, crab rice and the chicken teriyaki which comes with white rice. Now my only issue being a repetitive customer is that once I bought the normal chicken Teriyaki with rice for 18.00 and some change and also the kids teriyaki with white rice to my belief both portions are the same but with a almost 6 dollar difference. So now I just purchase the kids chicken teriyaki for 13.50. Which I buy for my teenage son who loves the chicken teriyaki from here only. But if the portions would be a reasonable amount (more) for the 6 dollars extra I would definitely pay for the normal plate. Overall love this place, neverrr fails in none of our orders for pickup. Just please verify portions to these plates. Still giving a 5 star.

I love it in there. The service is amazing, the food is ready within 10 min you order, the Niña Coladas are out of this world, food have a fresh taste no matter you get, i 100% recommend it.

Food is always exceptional and the service is amazing. Never have to search for a server because workers there come up to ask if you need anything pretty often. The Virgin piña colada is very good! The SpongeBob is refreshing. The Thai donuts re delicious. All the sushi I've tried from them has been good every single time. If you're not a sushi person they have some pretty good hibachi and appetizers!!

A SPACE THAT WE ATTEND REGULARLY BECAUSE OF ITS CLOSENESS TO OUR HOME, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD, POOR, VERY DRY, THE WAY TO ADDRESS CUSTOMERS. I THINK THEY SHOULD EDUCATE EMPATHY.

I went for happy hour and the waiter knew that I had ordered for HH and he ordered everything regular when it came to bringing the bill he came with the machine with an exorbitant price that is not HH and when I ask him for the printed bill he tells me that the machine is not It's working, of course, I noticed it, but I didn't want to make trouble, but they are criminals, be careful.

I just ate the most mediocre and expensive food I've had lately. I attached the photo so you can see $40 in food.
The food was cold, the rice had no flavor, the portion was small and cold, and it was not the delivery's fault because it arrived in 5 minutes because I live 4 blocks from the restaurant, and the rolls were watery and cold, it seems like they were made hours ago , I had to heat everything up. Conclusion, first and last time I buy food at this place, I have eaten tastier Chinese food, twice the quantity and for half of what I paid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

It was a really good lunch. Their food is excellent. My friend and I we were grabbing lunch after a work morning. The service did take a little bit to come take our order, but we were starving so it might have been the hungriness. Overall great food and service.

I have always come to this sushi sake because i live near by and love the food Juan made the environment as a whole together with my family. One day i went with my friends and was presented with a server named Julio who not only didnt guide us to our seat but gave us funny looks as we sat down and was careless when taking our order. As i got my drink i noticed it was a little unfrozen and asked for another one and come to a surprise was late i had to ask him twice before getting it.He also dropped sauce and didnt pick up until we left. ALSO I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH A BAD SERVER WHEN ASKING FOR THE CHECK HE WAS CHILLIN WATCHING SOME SPORTS GAME LAUGHING WHEN SOME CO WORKERS I HAD TO SHOUT IN GETTING HIS ATTENTION MAKING A EMBARRASSMENT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. I much as i love this sushi sake the one in miami lakes is better as my server Juan made it once again better to be here.

We are returning customers due to the amazing service Juan gave us but then we thought we were gonna have the same luck with another server but we were wrong. Julio is very rude and even ignored us when trying to wave him down due to the wrong order. Today I came to this location and saw Juan wasn’t here but Julio was and I decided to walk out. Sucks to have a good experience once and then get a 360 with another server. Found out Juan works in Miami lakes and drove down there.
