I went at 11 to order in drive through and said they were closed when it says on google it closes at 3am and the car before us got there food.

Food always arrives cold, they make Uber drivers wait sometimes more than 20 minutes. From the other reviews it seems I’m not the only one that has dealt with this. Order elsewhere and make your uber drivers life easier

Horrible always missing something and the quality of the food sucks. I order two boxes and two tacos missing bad service can’t even speak proper English- last time I will go there
Three times a charm. The last three times I have been to this location, I have asked for beef to my ordered and they always give me chicken . Ever since this location opened I have always had problems. Never coming back here. I will continue going to the Hialeah Gardens Taco Bell instead.

My food was very good. My drink was very good.
Team member Alain noticed my car broke down in the drive through and single handedly pushed my car into a parking spot, and THEN fixed it. Thank you Alain, I love Taco Bell!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I waited over 45 minutes for food I never received. When I asked for a refund, the staff didn’t know how to process one, and they couldn’t offer a gift card or any kind of solution. I was late to work because of this, and when I requested the store manager’s business card to follow up later, they couldn’t even provide that.
There were only 4 employees trying to handle the drive-thru, food prep, and front counter, which clearly wasn’t enough. I wasn’t the only customer waiting this long. Management needs to hire more staff and have a manager who knows how to handle customer service issues, run the store more efficiently, and process something as simple as a refund. Poor service like this will drive customers away.

Dude, this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. For three small value items it’s taking over 20 minutes for them to make my order. I preordered while I was in Publix and it’s 20 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. I’m inside watching them make orders fast but none of them were mine.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ordered from. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every time the food has been cold, dry, and poorly made. My recent DoorDash order arrived with cold beef, stale tacos, missing items, and incorrect ingredients on the items received. This isn’t a one-time thing issue—it’s a pattern. I’m officially done with this location. Avoid if you care about quality, accuracy or money!
I ordered online, and they gave me 2 items that’s were completely different from what I ordered. Half of my order is missing. This is ridiculous.
