We placed an online pick-up order.
For 2 4 strip chicken strip.
When we picked up order we had 1 bag with 2 strip. When I showed the person at the drive thru window he argued that it was 2 strips. So I opened my app. Showed the order. (Attached) and I was yelled at, The app is wrong, they only serve 2 strips. So I called the next morning spoke to GM. Who apologized for the incident, and agreed that my order was correct. The app was correct, and I shouldn’t have been yelled at by attendant. Needless to say, my kids wanted taco bell again the next evening. Placed same order, had exact situation, and I will no longer be going to this particular taco bell.

Every time I go to taco bell in 29 st and 4 ave , when I ask for nachos fries they don’t have the quantity I ask for . Also when I ask for chicken quesadilla with out hot sauce , they give me to me with hot sauce . If they don’t want to work , they need to close the restaurant

It was very disappointing. The personal working today March 11, 2025 at 9:30pm shift are very disrespectful and not professional. I understand that is a fast food restaurant but every customer should be treated right. While I was there dining in with my family a group of 5 or 6 deaf and non speach men came in to dine in. They were treated so rude by the lady making the food and the cashier. They weren't treated with respect and politeness. My self and my family had to go in and try to assit them by the way they were treated by this young lady in the cashier and drive thru. It is embarrassing that a huge chain fast food restaurant will have employees with such a low quality of service. None of the gentlemen could hear and speak and instead of them trying to help them out with there order they were screamed at and told to relax (calmate) because I have more customers than you since she was also doing the drive thru. We go and play pickeball and come around this area and have often atleast once a week stop at this Taco bells after the games. You would think that people would have a heart and compassion for people who have a disability. I am so disappointed and is sickening to see human treat others this way. And like I said it wasn't to just 1 of them but to all of the deaf and non verbal men that were there just to dine in. They even tried to write down in a phone the names and show their orders and they were just left with their phones in their hands. Disgusting and sad. Management should really check on this. We are customers and should be treated right. Customer service besides the food is what makes a business going. The reason why there were no stars put under service and atmosphere is because the truth they don't deserve any. And if I added 1 star on the posting publicity across Google is because it was the only way I could've leave this review.

I suggest not order from there. Due to the fact that they have sick employees spitting in your drink in the pm hours. There portions of full is not what I expected

This is probably the best Taco Bell in the area, and one of the best overall fast food locations that I frequent. The food is always well made, and any mistakes if any are very rare. The service is good and the workers are polite. Sometimes the drive-thru wait can be a bit long but that's almost everywhere now. I typically only go at night so no comment on day shift, but often day shift at most places is better so I would image they are just as good.

Horrible they didn't even put lettuce and tomato very bad service at the drive thru 20 dollars spent for pleasure
They are a great option. But I don't understand why the employees are so slow.

Order food at 1:16PM - It has been 40 minutes. I asked the staff in the Kitchen what was the hold up and she replied she was one and we were many (only three people inside the restaurant)

If you come inside to eat prepare yourself to wait until the drive thru line is empty, staff will leave you waiting until the drive thru orders are filled. Poor customer service in my opinion

I have always been a big fan of Taco Bell; but just tonight they mixed up my order and left me vomiting; and when my boyfriend went and explained what had happened to the lady, who had attended to us, she told him that it was fine and that it was none of his business. It seems very bad to me that they confuse people's orders; and don't worry about causing an allergic reaction; Not to mention the bad time and the very bad customer treatment.
