Ate here two days in a row, same food, but vastly different. Chicken was cold once, overcooked once. Fries were cold once, overcooked once. Had to ask for napkins because none were given w meal and non were available in dining area.

Skip this location if you do not speak Spanish or know how to use their kiosk. Waited almost 10 minutes before anyone addressed me just to be told they can’t help me order food unless I did it via the kiosk. The same happen to the 80 year old lady behind me and the next person that couldn’t use their phone to order anything. Sad how customer service has tanked with technology

Well it finally opened after being closed for sooo long,went around 5:30pm today and needless to say nothings changed. Same ATTITUDE and now they’re getting stingy with the sauces. They gave me 6 sauces when I got 10 tacos. The lady at the window said she couldn’t give me anymore, is that a thing now? and not mention they ran out of bags so got my order in 4 different small brown bags! How? you guys just opened!!! Do better tacobell
