I went in placed my order. 8 soft tacos meat & cheese only, beef burrito supreme no lettuce no tomato, quesadilla seasoned beef no spicy sauce and a cantina bowl no rice extra onion extra chicken extra pico. $65. All wrong, lettuce tomato in burrito, rice in bowl no extra anything even though I was charged, quesadilla had chicken instead of beef. A waste of 65. I took it home to eat and I was not going to go back and have them fix everything. Never again. I make it better anyway. 💁🏻♀️

* Waited 20 mins for turn
* Ordered tacos, nacho fries and the chips
* Gave us COLD tacos, fries, and.... Nacho cheese.

The kids think the person who took our order thought we said ' SIDE nachos' instead of ' nachos'

I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, along with other cars, all stuck at the speaker with no updates. Finally, someone helped the car ahead of me, but when it was my turn, they just told me to wait again. It was extremely frustrating. I ended up leaving and going to Burger King, where I was served immediately. I hope Taco Bell can work on improving their service and efficiency.

Using the kiosk is not user friendly. The food is no what I expected. Great commercials but the actual dishes don't look remotely as advertised. Very doubtful I will visit a Taco Bell in the future
