I walked into this Taco Bell expecting normal service, but instead I was forced to order through a computer kiosk. I politely asked one of the employees if she could take my order, and she flat-out told me “No, we don’t take orders personally, you have to use the computer.”
This is unacceptable. Not everyone wants to deal with a machine, especially when you’re standing right in front of staff who could easily help. It felt cold, impersonal, and honestly disrespectful to the customer. If Taco Bell thinks this is “service,” they’ve lost touch with what hospitality means.
I won’t be coming back to this location. If you value human interaction and basic customer service, avoid this place.

I have ordered 30 times this month and there telling me I always complain for complain 3 times out of the 30 times just verifying my order or for saying I have a quality issue they've threatened to kick me out telling me I always complain and they get agressive with an attitude and tell me that I'm going to get kicked out because I always complain when that's not true everytime for verifying my order or for a quality issue they are rude with an attitude when im acting in good faith this is the opposite of what you guys do.
look To deal with an angry customer, stay calm, listen actively without interrupting, and acknowledge their emotions. Apologize genuinely for the inconvenience, even if you don't agree with their complaint. Work to find a solution by asking questions to understand the problem, and then offer clear, actionable next steps and follow up to ensure their satisfaction. Who raised these animals

Well went there order through drive thru didn't have my atm card they don't except 50 bill so was not able to get my food. All they said was we are sorry .that is the worst service ever had. I been living in united state for 50 years. Wow

Went through the drive-thru and was in the middle of placing my order. I noticed the Combo #2 showed up as crunchy instead of soft, so I let the gentleman know right away so he could change it.
His response? “Well, we already made them.” 😐
Umm… how are you already making the food if I’m still ordering and haven’t confirmed anything on the screen? That makes no sense.
I told him, “Well, I don’t want crunchy, I want soft.”
Why is it an issue to make a simple change while I’m still at the speaker? Like WTH… it’s not that serious, and definitely not good customer service. 👎🏽 Do better, Taco Bell.

They never have coffee in the morning, how can they sell breakfast without coffee, the girl who receives orders through the drive thru in the morning is rude, and sometimes aggressively I asked her about coffee and her response was that the machine is broken. I left without buying anything, two weeks later I went to get breakfast and the machine is still broken, I asked if the manager already knew and she responded that that was not her job, informing me that she only takes orders. I left that day without buying anything because there is no coffee. How can they think of advertising breakfasts and not having coffee. What can a coffee machine cost? I have never gone again, now I buy my breakfasts at Wendys because there is a variety of coffee.

Best Taco Bell EVER, every time I go great attention, nice ladies, beautiful smiles. I don't feel like they are doing me a favor, I fell GOOD. If tou are near by come and find out if this isn't true.
I VISITED THE PLACE WITH MY FAMILY AT 5.30 PM (THURSDAY THE 29TH) AND I FOUND EXCELLENT TREATMENT, KINDNESS, AND THE ORDER WAS READY ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. NEVER LOSE THAT AFFECTIVE AND KINDNESS CHARACTER.
