I've had long wait times at the drive thru in this location. I thought it was only drive thru so I placed my order for store pick up and waited over 40 minutes for my order. Not only that but my single item order was missing my favorite ingredient (sour cream)...the girl taking orders at the window kept asking the person preparing orders for the orders people were waiting for inside and all he kept saying was they'll be waiting a long time. Another issue is that they don't bring the orders to the pick-up shelf, they bring them behind the register and when they do, they don't call the name on the bag, you have to wait for the window girl to have a chance to come and check for the names. Absolutely the worst taco bell I've been to.

Bad service, bad manager, orders take long time, no friendly or kind service. Im also work at a restaurant and i understand that is really overwhelming sometimes but, the lack of customer service was crazy tonight. Crew yelling at each other, there was no organization, they made me waste my time and the manager was not even able to address my concerns. Overall de-satisfied

Buena buena la comida de pana. The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful, I saw them even step out behind the counter to go and help a senior couple order other table they have on the lobby. Also very good attitude towards Karens (if you know what I mean)

Had some bad experiences in the past here with the workers being rude but tonight they literally forgot my beef in my Crunchwrap like come on now what are they doing back there I was literally biting into cheese lettuce sour cream and tortilla. I saw a few rats in their dumpster a few weeks ago too.
I placed my order like normal with the young men at the window he tells me proceed and tells me how much the order is and I get to the window and the tells me oh I didn’t here the rest of your order and you need to make the line all over again which was long as hell to the point I have to get off and wait over 30mins on a mistake which was made from the person who took my order this is happening as we speak.

They gave me the coldest taco I have ever felt I think an ice cube might be colder than the taco that they just gave me. Also the guy in the drive thru had the worst attitude ever.

On July 8, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, I witnessed an employee displaying an extremely unpleasant attitude.
A customer, who appeared to be of darker skin tone, had purchased a small amount of food and politely requested a cup for water. However, the employee—a Spanish-speaking woman—denied the request in a very rude and dismissive manner.
Disturbed by the behavior, I personally purchased a cup of water for the child, as the employee's attitude was unnecessarily harsh and inappropriate.

Pull up to the Taco Bell on 47ave and 183rd street. They have a full menu at 3:15am

I don’t know who is working on 06/22/25 09:00pm and up but they need to be fired! It doesn’t take 1 hour plus to make 3 gd burritos made me waste $19 in uber fees because yall wanna be slow. Fire them and nobody uber from this location
