So it seems like google artificial intelligence is not allowing pictures.3/26/24Dead dining room. Included is a picture another customer took of how it looked years agoOrdered for my husband. He said the food was ok .So many years ago it was colorful and bright. You can only order from the 2 kiosks. They removed the digital menu board where you could see what was available. The pandemic must have killed this place. As everywhere else now expensive

I ordered my food . Very simple with no modifications and my order came out wrong. I went back to fix it . They re did it and they still got it wrong . I spent $13 on 3 tacos . I didn't even get what I wanted . Employees on thier phone and not waering gloves. With ear pieces in thier ear . Witch is a health code violation . I like the place but the service sucks and the workers really don't take pride in the job witch is not hard . I run a restaurant with over 70 employees. This is not hospitality. If they don't care . They shouldn't be working there . I work hard for my money for kids to just do what they want and that can't pay attention to a simple ticket order. !
Newly remodeled Taco Bell with standard and reliable fare. Tables could use regular clean wiping but the self serve kiosks are convenient and probably faster than counter ordering. They failed to text me my receipt on several occasions which I needed for business.
Terrible customer service! The girl who attended us through drive through had a horrible attitude and was very dismissive. We had let her know two of our drinks were flat and she seemed to have a problem with changing them. And the drink she gave me back was still flat but at that point to avoid any more interaction with her we just left, just over all a bad experience.

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my entire life. I literally had to wait over 40 minutes inside for my food for them to then tell me that my order was never received when I order from the kiosk inside I didn’t had to wait for another 15 minutes for them to find someone who can figure it out, they finally printed my order from a cashier because it was there all along as I had the receipt I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. The kids that work there all they do is laugh and play around instead of working you can clearly see them and are very unprofessional with their curse words specially the two young girls, and very unkind. this place definitely needs new workers. The one guy who was helpful and very patient was a young man by the name of Elgado , thank you sir for helping as much as you could.

If I could give 0 stars I would. !! My food is always cold & they don’t like to make nothing fresh for you. The employees here have the worst customer service. Management too. I’m never satisfied when I come here spending over 40+ Everytime. Not worth the frustration.

Good to know I'm not the only one who has been personally victimized by the drive thru girl with long nails and pink hair. She is one of the worst fast food workers I've ever seen. Mind you, our interaction was brief. But she was extremely annoyed by me for whatever reason. If customers upset you so much, maybe you need to consider another profession.
