The service is terrible in this establishment, we have been waiting for more than 40 minutes for some quesadillas. And it's only 8pm and you're only serving the thru drive, they take a while and don't bother to attend, it's really disastrous that they hire people like that who don't want to work.

Hello, the service is terrible. Mr. Carlos is rude to customers in the way he addresses customers. He had a girl before me waiting for her order for 20 minutes and if she doesn't ask when her order comes out, they don't do it because she asked. I ordered on the computer and my friend replied that if I wanted to I would order after waiting for 20 minutes and if I didn't have to continue waiting those types of people should not work there and even less with clients. Please be careful that I can read, thank you

We are 2 elders stopped by to have a meal. Only 2 people at the place. They service and attitude y an older shirt woman and gentlemen working on 8/23 6:45 pm was horrible. Did not appreciate the attitude when reminded I was missing my soda. I said thank you he turned his back walked away. The elder lady cleaning tables pushing chairs in pushing them upset in front of the Publix. Very unprofessional. Will never dime here again.

I gave one star because it couldn't be given less because everything was poorly made, I couldn't even eat it with my hands, they tried to fix it but the disgust it gave me was great, lack of respect, nothing was useful to everyone, I will say that that taco bell doesn't work

I just want to give a shoutout to the drive thru worker by the name of Jessie, who provided us with the upmost respect and amazing customer service, love how positive he is and welcoming and overall sweet with his customers. Such a kind soul. Food at this specific location is made with love and always done fresh. One of the best TacoBells in Hialeah by far. 10/10 reccomend.
