Must be under new ownership. Went from the best taco shop in Miami. To the worst . They could never get the order correct and when you complain the cook comes out of the kitchen to give you a nasty stare . Happened multiple times. Sad to say but I will never step foot in there again

Every time I order from this place in Hialeah on Uber Eats, they messed up my order. I give them a one star. This is like the fifth time I ordered from the place and they always do me wrong. I will never order from this place ever again. I advise all you guys be careful because they do not care how your order goes out.

I recently visited this place and got a great service, so I decided to recommend it to some coworkers. The day I went, I asked to substitute the 3 corn tortillas of the tacos de birria for flour tortillas, which was not a problem. Today, I decided to go again with my wife . She ordered the taco chimichanga platter and I asked again for the tacos de birria on flour tortillas. Only this time, there was a blonde lady listening and whispered something to the girl. Immediately, the girl told me” we can’t do that “. I told her that I had ordered that 2 days ago, and the blonde lady interrupted saying that it couldn’t be done and that I should eat the corn tortillas. I told her that I didn’t like corn and she asked the cook and he seemed to say yes, so I proceeded to pay thinking that they were going to do it. When we sat, the girl came with my wife’s order and didn’t say anything, so I waited a while . In the meantime, I see a big roach crawling on the floor from table to table, so I got up and asked the girl, was my order done or what?,and she said:”no, she said that it couldn’t be done”. So I said: “the last time you took my order and there was no problem “, she said:”yes, but she wasn’t here”I said:“ok, by the way, there’s a big roach under that table” . I went back to the table and told my wife that they didn’t make my tacos, but she could eat because I wasn’t really hungry. She told me that she wasn’t going to eat either. So we left, but after getting to my car, I felt like I had to say something. So I went to the blonde lady and told her that it was ridiculous that they couldn’t substitute the tortillas and that we have dealt with customers for more than 30 years, and ultimately, you have to make customers happy so they keep coming back,especially a mom and pop business. She kept saying there’s nothing I can do and never made an attempt to be polite. I told the other girl, “I’m sorry that you have to deal with this unpleasant and unprofessional person, but I will not be back, and by the way, the roach incident, which I had decided to keep quiet, it’s going to be known now”. We feel like we were robbed and mistreated, so we threw away my wife’s order and left.
A great lil taco shop in the neighborhood we had the ibirria tacos they were I also had a tostada my favorite we have guacamole & chips I definitely recommend

So we left, but while getting inside the car, I felt like I had to come back and say something. So I went inside and told the blonde lady that it was ridiculous and stupid not to please the customers so they could keep coming back. It is outrageous that substituting 3 tortillas results in a business losing customers. She was never polite, and was actually cocky defending her side. So I said:"that's fine, you will never see my face around here anymore, and by the way, the roach incident that I decided to keep quiet, will now be known". We threw away my wife's platter and left. We feel robbed and mistreated by this unprofessional lady that doesn't have a clue of how to treat customers, shame on you!
