been a regular for a while now, PRAYING the new owner doesn't change menu!!! RIP to Mark Richman, thank you for leaving us this amazing place ! Best place, comments talking about the interior being renovated, sure it can be ..however it has a retro look, that's the theme. Regardless of the restaurant not being "modern" the food is absolutely amazing. The quality of food, the presentation of the food, all ingredients always fresh, food always arrives hot, waiters are super nice and attentive. I have Zero complaints on this place and I'm a super picky person. For those that don't like the fact the inside is not renovated, sit outside.. theirs shade, a little breeze and just enjoy the food! I've tried so many dishes and they are ALLL amazing

I would visit this place every week but their prices went up so much I went to have lunch today I had a cranberry Apple salad and my bill with taxes was $20 it was outrageous and unnecessary. Seriously a salad $17.99 plus tax and gratitude. I understand the prices increase on some things but seriously this is way overpriced for half of chicken breast and some greens. I guess I would have to find a new lunch spot. And when I take my family is almost $80 in 4 salads and water. No thanks and please consider that you had loyal customers.

Today I placed a lunch order via Uber Eats 2 salads and mozzarella sticks $67. After waiting almost 1 hr I received the order minus salad dressings or marinara sauce, meaning we wouldn't be able to eat our $67 lunch. So we called and reported the mistake expecting the restaurant to attempt to make it right by sending the missing items and much to my surprise the answer was no because they don't have a driver. They offered $5 to $10 discount for a next visit, I declined as there would not be a next visit and to this they asked to please request the reimbursement to Uber Eats. I know I order via a third party but the mistake was made by the restaurant the bad experience is a reflection of the restaurant not the delivery person or Uber Eats there should be a bit more that they could do or at least try to do. Not a place I will be ordering delivery or take out from.

very bad quality. the pasta cut in half, the salad sauces no longer have any flavor, and very poor service, incredible how low the quality of the rest is with reason they hardly have any customers, sorry no have photos

Thank you to the wonderful waitress who was full of smiles and service today! She was sweating because of the shortage in staff which she did an excellent job making up for. I don't know how anyone could be so excited, friendly and juggle all those customers at the same time and keep a big smile. I have her a 35% tip, she did not allow any complaints from customers regarding only having one waitress discourage her. She deserves both a raise and a promotion. I'm coming back just to be waited on by her!

I'm sorry to say our recent experience at this restaurant, that used to be very enjoyable, was anything but. We've been going to Beverly Hills Cafe for at least 20 years, and we always get the same Chef salad with some toppings on the side because the salad is usually much too big for me to eat at one setting so I take the rest home for the next day. I ordered a Chef's salad with some of the toppings on the side. It's not a difficult request. When the salad arrived, I noticed right away it was missing the eggs, cucumbers, and salad dressing. I waited for our server to come by and asked her to please bring us the items that were missing and she went back into the kitchen to get them. While we were waiting for her to return a gentleman passing by looked at me and asked ..."is everything ok?" I asked him who he was and he said Gus, and he was the manager. I said things were not quite ok, and told him about the missing items. He said the chef was "new" and wasn't accustomed to making a salad with any of the items on the side. Gus said he's been there 8 years and told me I have to understand, things have changed and lots of employees are new. I told Gus just because an employee is new doesn't mean they should not know how to do their job properly. Every customer should get what they paid for. After we left I was telling someone we were going to have a nice salad for lunch the next day and she asked me if it came with black olives. It wasn't until then I realized I didn't get any black olives so I called the restaurant and spoke with Gus who once again tried to make excuses for why they took my money but didn't give me what I paid for. He then said he was jam packed and didn't have the time to talk to me. I'm not sure we'll be going back again unless things change.

Let’s start with the service… Great!!! Very nice & cater to us every minute. However, he might have been new seeing he didn’t know the menu to well, and that’s okay. The food was fresh & cooked perfectly.. The yeast roll with butter was Soft & fresh out the oven. We never had dolphin ? before, but it wasn’t bad at all. Just taste like regular fish, but still was good to eat w/ dipping sauce.. The house salad was okay, but the dressing was amazing. Forgot to ask what kind was it.. The food could have used a little more seasoning & they could use a little more help in presentation. But overall this restaurant gave us a family friendly vibes. Just the diversity, warmth and inviting feeling that made it good and the fact that it’s clean inside and out!!! Thanks You!#RATE3.8

Have been going to this restaurant for most of my life and I've never had a bad meal here! From the bread to the appetizers, everything is good and special shout out to the amazing Hilary who can make any bad day a good day. Can't help but smile anytime she's around!

I wish i could give two ratings in one review! One for Hillary (5 stars!) and one rating (less than 5, varying each time) for everything else: I was raised on BHC rolls and ranch! We live near Surfside, so it's always a special occasion when we venture to Miami Lakes to get our "fix". The last couple visits were somewhat disappointing because we are used to being greeted by Hillary at the bar with enthusiasm and top notch service! We thought it was a one time fluke, because hey, people have their days, but it's been noticeable that over the years the overall experience has been less pleasant unless Hillary is working (slower service, lack of menu knowledge, etc). We will never stop coming, bc YUM, Miami Lakes staple, but we will definitely ensure that when we do make the trek, it's when Hillary is on duty. She is like the Bev Mascot!

Great food! I have heard great things about Beverly Hills Cafe. Recently tried it and it was great. We were just checking out the menu, mentioning we have never been here before and then Hillary charmed us, she offered us rolls with some samples of the soups and we were sold. You could tell the soups were homemade. Then she explained all the different food items, she recommended a few dishes and we picked three different ones and they were really good. Chicken parmigiana, Asian Bowl and Cobb! With that being said, we will be back here again. Stop by and see Hillary if you have never been and she will turn you into a regular. Her service was top of the line.

So where do I begin on this review. SMDH, because it's that bad!!! Once you see the picture & video it will speak for itself. So i have been patronizing this restaurant for about 20 years and let's just say as of 2/8/2022, I have parted ways and will NEVER order again. Whoever is reading this review, should think twice about ordering soup from them. This is NOT my 1st mishap on encountering not having substance in my soup. The last time was a Tomato Vegetable soup. I was looking for the vegetables. ‍. They were so minuscule that you could not see them in the container at all. I called and spoke with the GM Maria and she put 2 soups on the books for me to come in and get. So I tried the Garbanzo Bean soup, which was hearty, full of substance and YUMMY. So let's fast forward to today, 2/8/2022. I ordered the Garbanzo Bean soup again and I go to warn the soup and all of a sudden I heard the microwave starting to pop. I took the bowl out and look to where was the noise coming from. (View picture) A HUGE piece of feta cheese and barely any Garbanzo Beans. WTH... I immediately look at the other soup, same thing. So I called the restaurant and after being on hold for over 5 minutes I spoke to Yafa, the Manager on duty. I explained to her my dilemma and ask could I send her a picture of these soups, because she has to see them. Is there an email address or something. There was no response on how she could view these soups other than I can give you a credit for the two soups she stated. I was like NOPE! Then she goes and say I can give a $10.00 credit on the books for your next order. WTH. My check was $9.00 and change. So I guess this is customer service I replied, if so, no just credit back my check to how I paid and you have lost a customer of 20 years! Then Yafa tells me oh, we have a new Head Chef, so my reply was: He needs replacing with the quality of food he's putting out! I have notice that the food and customer service isn't the same. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!!

After all these years, still making great salad dishes. Definitely get your money's worth, lots of delicious ingredients, always fresh. Had not been here in years and was curious if it was still what it use to be. Was not disappointed! Complete menu with many other delicious items. Almost forgot the addictive yeast rolls with butter. Great service!
