Ordered my usual today for lunch. The Santa Barbara Cobb. Not only did they not provide any chicken, they didn't even bother to offer me a substitute much or less contact me. The other slap to my face was including the cheese even though I selected not to, had to pick it out and throw it away. Couldn't even get a refund, probably won't be ordering from here again.

For some reason they took really long to provide the food at the driver through today and they still messed up my order. I got charged $16+ . Can't provide the exact amount because They didn't provide the receipt. I order a meal of Charburger with avocado plus onions rings. The only thing I got right was the drink and the onion rings . No fries and wrong burger. Really Disappointed with the staff today

This place is on par with locations like Shake Shack or Five Guys. The burgers are better than fast food, but the location has the convenience of a drive-through, which was pretty cool. We tried their salad, and everything tasted freshly cooked, including the bacon and chicken on top! The burgers were tasty too, and the kids' meal is a good size. They also offer lemonades and milkshakes. The burgers range from signature menu burgers to build your own. They also have a lot of options for add ons. The mushrooms on mine were also freshly sautéed not canned. Overall, it was delicious for a quick lunch, and we will be back.

I had a great experience at The Habit Burger Grill! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Paulo is truly one of the best workers there—friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything is just right. You can tell he cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. Shoutout to Paulo for making the visit even better!

Why does google say you’re open until 10 but I pull up to the drive thru at 9:20 and the girl tells me that you’re already closed? This is the third time this has happened. Either fix your times or stop turning your customers away. I’m done coming to this location. Horrible customer service.

To start you can’t contact this place directly. You have to basically send an email and wait for someone to reply. I placed an order for 11 burgers. Nothing was marked on the wrapper to identify what was on each burger. I had to open up all 11 burgers and try to identify what toppings were on it and who ordered that burger. One or two like that is one thing but 11. Totally unacceptable. I spent almost $150.00 on this meal and the burgers were not even that good. Total waste!!!

Just really disappointed with this location the burgers aren’t good fries are soggy and have no salt. I don’t like the manager there. She is not really nice and very cheap with the sauce. I ordered a couple of burgers also included four sauces when I looked in the bag there was only two sauces so I told the guy to add in another two, she got upset and I hope that Guy doesn’t get in trouble, but she gave an attitude When there’s 5 burgers in the bag and 5 fries, very disappointing and just a rip off that you have to pay for sauces that aren’t even filled to the top. The burgers are sloppy and soggy all the time, it’s ridiculous when we order 5 burgers the manager has an attitude when we request more sauce. I believe she’s the manager because she wears the gray shirt. She is just not friendly at all and also realized when I got home that we’re missing one fries. When I ordered five, they only gave us four fries.
