The Habit Burger Grill

I had a great experience at The Habit Burger Grill! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Paulo is truly one of the best workers there—friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything is just right. You can tell he cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. Shoutout to Paulo for making the visit even better!

Why does google say you’re open until 10 but I pull up to the drive thru at 9:20 and the girl tells me that you’re already closed? This is the third time this has happened. Either fix your times or stop turning your customers away. I’m done coming to this location. Horrible customer service.

To start you can’t contact this place directly. You have to basically send an email and wait for someone to reply. I placed an order for 11 burgers. Nothing was marked on the wrapper to identify what was on each burger. I had to open up all 11 burgers and try to identify what toppings were on it and who ordered that burger. One or two like that is one thing but 11. Totally unacceptable. I spent almost $150.00 on this meal and the burgers were not even that good. Total waste!!!

Just really disappointed with this location the burgers aren’t good fries are soggy and have no salt. I don’t like the manager there. She is not really nice and very cheap with the sauce. I ordered a couple of burgers also included four sauces when I looked in the bag there was only two sauces so I told the guy to add in another two, she got upset and I hope that Guy doesn’t get in trouble, but she gave an attitude When there’s 5 burgers in the bag and 5 fries, very disappointing and just a rip off that you have to pay for sauces that aren’t even filled to the top. The burgers are sloppy and soggy all the time, it’s ridiculous when we order 5 burgers the manager has an attitude when we request more sauce. I believe she’s the manager because she wears the gray shirt. She is just not friendly at all and also realized when I got home that we’re missing one fries. When I ordered five, they only gave us four fries.

Food was great! Their fried green beans and avocado are so good! staff was helpful it didn't seem like they were properly staffed because many empty tables were left dirty, which limited the places I was able to sit to enjoy the meal and I didn't see anyone attempt to wipe down any chairs or tables while I was there. Loved the pepper bar which was a suprise as I didn't see an option to add peppers to my order but I grabbed some banana peppers and jalapeños which went great with the food. The team working seemed very cohesive in the kitchen and made ordering very smooth

Some guy made our burgers 🍔 today 3/18/25 @12:30 pm. These are the worst buyers I've EVER eaten. My 1st n last time here. I try and bite the burger n it fell apart, some white sauce is all over the burger. It's HORRIBLE!!

If you want terrible customer service to include terrible attitude and laziness stop by this location and Crystal will hook you up. Drive Thru order.

I see why the drive-thru is empty. Food literally tastes like school cafeteria food. Burger was horrible, chicken sandwich was bad, not even the Pepsi taste good. Overpriced and disgusting, better off going to burger king 😒 No bueno

Good food, but I’d expect a larger burger 🤷‍♀️ additional like $7 just to make it a combo.

Food was freshly made. Flavors were crisp, and fries were made fresh, in-house. No frozen fries here. You can place an order on the kiosks at the entrance, then wait for your food to be ready at the counter. They also have a drive-thru.

Very small burgers, decent taste. Fries taste exactly like McDonald’s fries. Not worth the price at all

Great burgers and crispy fries.(Always get them extra crispy when you order) Also the fresh strawberry limeade is fantastic!

I've never been here before and I was expecting a Charburger the hamburger did not taste like it was charcoaled broiled at all. It was not cooked enough inside it was pink. The bun was much bigger than the hamburger itself the french fries tasted good the people working there were very nice. I would not go there again for a hamburger and french fries. I'd rather go to Wendy's or McDonald's the next time if I'm craving a hamburger and french fries as long as as it's made fresh I did go through the drive-thru it was not very crowded on Wednesday night at 8:40 p.m.
