Trattoria Pampered Chef

There are meals you forget by morning and then there are meals that stay with you.
Tonight I found the kind that stays. When I first got there I was not just welcomed to the restaurant I was welcomed into their family. Every single second I was there the staff was constantly waiting on us with a smile and helping us in every way they could. The food was the greatest Italian food I have ever had and I will never see Italian food the same after tonight. The owner himself all I can say is that he is a legend and I would love for him to MC my wedding one day. By the end of the meal I realized something simple but beautiful. The best restaurants aren’t just places where people cook. They’re places where people care. And tonight reminded me that when food is made with heart, served with kindness, and shared with joy it becomes more than a meal. It becomes a moment you carry with you long after the table is cleared. Somewhere out there the next guest is walking through the door. And if it’s anything like the experience I had they will walk out with some new friends and a new home away from home.

Our baseball team at Concordia University, Nebraska was visiting Miami for our spring baseball trip and were recommended to go to this restaurant. I called Gabrial and he immediately took care of us like we were family. The service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, and all of our players and coaches couldn't have walked away more satisfied and impressed. Would recommend to anyone in the Miami Gardens area!

We had a Wonderful time at Trattoria .. Received a warm welcome upon arrival. We felt like family. I waiter was more than attentive. Classic Italian food. Delicious Large portions and great options. I had chicken parmesan (enough for 2), also at our table braziano and meat ravioli all enough to feed double a table our size! Prices were reasonable. A must try for Italian food in the area...

This hidden gem is absolutely wonderful! The entire staff cares so much about all their customers and it really shows. The owner gave us coffee and ice creams and ensured my friend who has a gluten allergy was provided sufficient accommodations. The food was amazing! Best Alfredo I ever had! Can't wait to come back!!

We took our Mount Mercy University (Iowa) softball team, of 26 people, and they had a blast! Gabriel, the owner, was a gracious and energized host. He offered several menu options for the ladies, including gluten free and vegetarian dishes. Plus, Gabriel and his staff, helped celebrate a birthday for one of our girls.
