I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I experienced at this particular Tropical Smoothie . The behavior exhibited by both the employee and the owner was not only unprofessional but also racially egregious and deeply upsetting.
When I went to pick up my order online order, they said that it was never received so instead of taking there time to prepare my order I stood and watched the employee frantically rush while preparing my order which made it very sloppy, which I initially overlooked. However, after arriving home I noticed the food I received was sloppily prepared a second time and did not meet even basic standards of quality.
When I attempted to express my dissatisfaction respectfully, the response was highly inappropriate. The owner not only dismissed my concerns but became upset and defensive and asked me not to return.
This reaction alone was disappointing, but the situation escalated further when I started receiving repeated phone calls from the owner after I left. This invasive and unnecessary follow-up felt retaliatory and only added to my distress.
What troubles me the most as a paying customer, I deserve the same respect, attention, and quality service as anyone else. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome and targeted in a manner that is both unacceptable and contrary to basic customer service ethics.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to reflect on how such behavior impacts your customers and your businessâs reputation. I expect a formal apology and an assurance that corrective measures will be taken to ensure no other customer has to endure a similar experience.

Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite spots because of their wide variety of smoothies and tasty food options. Whether youâre craving something fruity or looking for a quick bite, theyâve got something for everyone.
On my last visit, I decided to try the Island Punch Smoothie â a blend of peach, guava, passionfruit, mango, and pineapple. I added strawberry to it, and I would definitely recommend this combo. It was absolutely delicious â super refreshing, sweet, and packed with tropical flavors.
For my daughter, I ordered the Strawberry Banana kids smoothie, but substituted the banana for mango, and she absolutely loved it! Itâs great that they offer kid-sized options and allow for customizations.
In addition to their smoothies, they have a nice selection of breakfast and lunch options like wraps, flatbreads, sandwiches, and bowls, so you can grab a full meal if youâre feeling hungry.
The variety, quality, and customization options make Tropical Smoothie a must-visit, especially if youâre a smoothie lover like me!

I recently visited here, and it was an amazing tropical escape! The ambiance is vibrant, with lush greenery and a laid-back island vibe. I ordered a hummus wrap with extra hummus and no tomatoes or onions and a peanut butter cup smoothie online, the smoothie does not have peanut butter and the wrap has onions, tomatoes, and does not have hummus.
I ordered the Thai wrap. The size and filling are so satisfactory ! I mean in the economy that we are in, where ever you go you get billed an arm and a leg . And I was quite amazed to see the portions were do descent and so was the filling. The place was super clean and the flavor of the food was so good ! Not heavily condimented just right ! Tropical Smoothie you gained a loyal customer. I got the app too which makes it super easy to order . Thanks !!!!!!

I usually go to this location and today my order had a mishap. Today it was available to redeem a free smoothie with purchase of bowl or entree. But I wasnât granted that, the app told me to redeem in store when I made my mobile order. The manager came with no solution, he just said that I have to make another purchase

On Friday 16th was left my gym bag with my belongings and went on Monday 19 to pick it up and they have thrown it to the garbage NO EMPATHY. Very sad to lose at least $100 in belongings. They said it wasnât their fault. I told the admin if he was the one who lose something in some store by accident because he is tired and he would go back and they have thrown to the garbage how he would feel? This heartless people.
