The pastries are excellent. The sandwiches are pretty good. The staff is often a little disorganized, and don’t really follow a proper queue structure, In spite of their being a ticket system. (As a point, I literally had a man skip me in line and get served before me, and the staff member just kind of shrugged.)
Prices are a little elevated, Compared to comparable quality Cuban bakeries. (You definitely are paying a premium because of the Vicky name in front, however, the service and overall experience don’t really match the quality of the food.)🤷🏽♂️
Overall, I give it three stars, with a recommendation for them to improve the staff attitude and their customer relations.

At the new #VickyBakery, Sunrise/Weston, Our group enjoyed the well planned convenient meeting room complete with big screen for zoom. Vicky provided pastries. Of course afterwards, we small flocked to buy goodies. My #MediaNoche was the best ever. I cannot we wait to share the caramel napoleon tonight!(if it makes it home)

I have been coming to this location since I was little girl. But lately it just not worth it coming here. The food is great. But the service has become overwhelming horrible. Warning if you plan to come here come. With alot of time and patience. And also don't order your food by Uber eats because they accept the food say it's ready you get there and ask they don't have it ready. Then you into the issue like that I don't have the time that's why I order the food ahead of time and when I cancel the order I still get charged the cancellation fee of the whole order. Because according to Uber eats once the restaurant accepts the order it's a done deal. It does not matter if it was not ready even though the app says it's ready.
I’m a regular customer here. I came around me 5:40 pm. and ordered pan con bistec and they lady told me there didn’t have more for the day. What a disappointment.
