I come here every Saturday for breakfast, no complaints. Great service from the staff. Food is also of quality. My only concern is the Blueberry muffins from the bakery they have not been fresh anytime I purchased them.

At the new #VickyBakery, Sunrise/Weston, Our group enjoyed the well planned convenient meeting room complete with big screen for zoom. Vicky provided pastries. Of course afterwards, we small flocked to buy goodies. My #MediaNoche was the best ever. I cannot we wait to share the caramel napoleon tonight!(if it makes it home)

This used to be one of my favorite little bakeries, but ever since they renovated and brought in new staff, the experience has gone downhill. There were no other customers besides us, yet it took 25 minutes just to get toasted bread. The girls working were too busy chatting amongst themselves to pay attention, and our food was just sitting there ready while they ignored us. The lack of customer service was really disappointing. It’s sad to see a place that used to feel warm and welcoming now feel careless and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

All i can say I used to loved the Cuban bread they used to do. Looks like the recipe was change to the point the i think Sedano’s is better.

Takes to much time to wait for your order, even for a simple scramble eggs with coffee, and the staff justify with nonsense comments and do not respect the order of the incoming orders. Average waiting time is above 40 min.

In this place you’re always welcomed nicely. The employees have the best attitude even in busy situations. The food quality overall is amazing, always hot and with an awesome taste. I recommend you to pass by and try Vicky Bakery in 5500 W 16th St!
