The Staff wasn't able to answer enough questions about the menu. Like prices, also prices aren't on a visual menu.It took me a long time to get a coffee. Website wasn't letting me see full menu with price. Personally I don't recommend this place, it's definitely not cheap and the wait time is long plus it doesn't have the menu prices on display, just screens visually showing the food, the website has no updates, try to order online and they don't show their prices until the time of paying. The size of the espresso was not correct in my opinion and the bread was the only thing I liked.

I would like to recommend this Vicky Bakery as the best. Not only because of their products, which are very delicious, but also because of their work group, especially Margarita, Mirian, Yuliet, Angela and Dayana. I have been a regular customer of the establishment for approximately a year and I can say that every day the love and attention they provide gets better. Thank you so much!

I have lived near this Hialeah Bakery for almost 20 years and always came early with wonderful service. A while ago I stopped going because of the bad service, the bad vibe and the little attention they provide. The women walk and walk, looking like they are working, but the line continues and no one helps, they make mistakes in their orders and nothing happens. Now to make matters worse they don't even want to accept orders over the phone, that is the height of laziness and poor customer service. They should learn from Miami Lake, who is an example to follow.

Quizás si hubiese recibido una disculpa no me hubiese enojado tanto porque comentemos errores somos humanos pero hacer una orden un día anterior dejarla paga y que cuando vengas a recogerla te digan que no la tienen que si quieres te cortan en pedacitos unos párteles para hacerlos chiquitos !??? Y que te den unos panecitos con pastas aplastados y mojados puede ser error . Que te digan que debes volver otro día por el dinero porque el manager no está ? Es increíble. Me devolvieron el dinero el mismo día pero me dejaron sin comida para mi reunión . Pero lo peor es que nunca fue un discúlpenos Permita darnos otra oportunidad esto no sucedió por eso no volveré. Hay muchos Bakery en Miami .

I called in yesterday to place a custom cake order and was told that they could do it; however, I had to come in person to place the order in person. I went in person to then be told that the Cake couldn’t be done since I needed it for tomorrow. The personal whom answer the phone should be better trained on what they can do and not do with orders; I wasted my time in coming in to be told they couldn’t accept my order. The same information was given to the lady who took my call yesterday and guaranteed they could take my order; however that it simply needed to be placed in person. The reason I am giving three (3) stars ⭐️ is because the place seemed cleaned and the employees were very courteous; hopefully no one else goes through this nonsense. Last time I will ever come to this location.
