I did uber eats and I speak and fully understand the website and English. The app ask you pastelitos platter assorted croqueta quedo carne etc
I did it as I understand and it’s not my first time. I was sent the wrong item and when I called the lady she was insulted and very Offended. She continued to tell me I ordered wrong. I know what the app says assorted or select what you want. She continued to argue with me . After I paid Instacart delivery and fees she said send someone to get your order. The person that I sent said the lady was very rude and offensive. I have proof and receipts
Of my order. The owner needs to take accountability of these women they have working there that don’t even speak English and offend customers.

The biggest problem complaint and concern is that they never give you a receipt for what you are buying they always come up with a total price and you don’t know if they are ripping you off because they don’t give you a receipt a detailed receipt of what you’re buying would help they could say $25.00 dollars and it being only $18.00 dollars I want to know what I’m buying

I was ordering Orange juice for my siblings and I and the lady gave so much attitude. She rolled her eyes and she was tapping her nails on the table as if I was taking an hour to order. I almost just walked out if it wasn't for my siblings.

As I was sitting down waiting for my food, I noticed under one of her displays there was black mold growing. This has got to be a health code violation. If they’re not cleaning this, I’m wondering what else they’re not cleaning in the back
Vicky’s is always good I go to the ones off i75,Miami also, and fort myers

Been going here for years and unfortunately over the last two years the service has completely declined total down fall. Employees work in reverse with no work flow structure at there own given pase. Management seems to not care. I know multiple people who have just stopped going for this same reason. Its a shame Takes you 30 minutes minimum to get a simple pastry.
Went in about 15-20 minutes before close and bought a cake along with two platters of guava and cheese pastellos for $26 & asked the woman working that seemed to be the manager (blonde hair about 5’9 to 5’10 tall )if she can write happy Birthday on a cake for my daughter and she refused and said “ We don’t do that here”…as I waited she seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I then asked her if if I can also have 2 large cups of cafè con lechè she said they’re closing at 7 and very much NOT FRIENDLY with customers.I will never buy here again. Thanks for the experience.
Everything we got was not tasty at all, the food was cold, the cheese pastry tasted old, the Colombian empanada was tiny and soggy. They charged us for an extra empanada and getting the refund was a bigger deal than I should have been.
Amazing pastelitos and croquetas! We live in Coral Springs and the Vicky’s Bakery there has terrible quality. We drove all the way to this location and it was worth it! Thank you!
This bakery is consistently bad and overpriced. This is the second time I order from there and the meat pastelitos are inedible. The meat tastes disgusting. The bocaditos de lasca are not good.
