The baconator burgers are not even close to what is seeing on the tv commercials. Half a piece of bacon through the whole sandwich. Wilted Lettuce tomatoe a joke. Horrible. At times drive thru order incomplete or ítem missing.

I LOVE THE BIGGIE BAG MEAT OPTION IT'S HAMBURGER. CHEESE, BACON & LETTUCE + GARLIC CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH RANCH DRESSING + FRENCH FRIES + CHOCOLATE FROSTY or the orange frosty when they offer it. ALL THIS FOR $5.35

This is outrageous I ordered the new crappy party meal and it was 10 dollars for a bitten bun!?? And it doesn’t look like the picture at all. The packing is nothing special this wasn’t worth 10 dollars at all!

Absolutely one of the worst group of employees. They put on a smile but do nothing to actually help customers. I come here every week for lunch and without fail my order is wrong every week. I've had meals made incorrectly, to entire meals missing from the order. I end up making 2 trips and eating soggy food because they can't manage to read off a list on their screens. I've brought it up to their manager and she puts on a fake smile, one time even asking me to verify my meal before leaving. I'm sorry but that is YOUR job not mine. It's not like fast food is cheap anymore and with the prices I'm paying for a sloppily made burger the only benefit is that I can quickly pick it up and get back to work. It defeats the point if I'm taking twice as long just to get my food in the first place or not even getting what I ordered.
