Bacanator fries were ok. Just fríes with melted cheese & big pieces of ? I was expecting the bacon to be crunchy and in smaller pieces. Some pieces weren't fully cooked ?

Que lugar MÁS HORIBLE. i went through DRIVE through and not only do they have you repeat what you say 78 times, THEY STILL GET EVERYTHING WRONG. And this isn’t even a one time experience. I have NEVER (in the 10+ times I’ve been here) had an order come out CORRECTLY. ALWAYS missing something. And the inside is always empty, what the hell are they doing that they still get things wrong for? I came tonight and got TWO $7 biggie bags, a large chili and I upgrade the drinks to large. Spent $17 just for them to forget the 4 piece nuggets, forget to upgrade a drink, and give me the wrong replacement when I went inside to tell them they forgot the FRIES as well. They don’t even give you a receipt either. Do BETTER. Save your money and go anywhere else, LITERALLY.

The lady's tonight were extremely disrespectful, slow, lazy and distracted they spent the whole time I was waiting for my food talking bad about people complaining about guests & rudely talking about customers receiving their tax return money & coming to spend it at Wendy's. Then, when called out on the fact that they shouldn't be talking bad about customers at all or caring what people do with their tax return money they became upset & started talking bad about me in Spanish as if I don't know Spanish. No recomiendo este negocio y menos cuando estén trabajando las bagas falta de respeto que estaban trabajando hoy por la noche. Si no les gusta su trabajo buceen otro pero no hagan a la gente esperar y perder su tiempo por estar hablando mal y faltándole el respeto a los clientes!!

The service was decent. I tried using my points (300) but even though they could see my order on their screen. They couldn't check me in... I appreciate that the manager or person in charge eventually made things right and just gave me the JBC with no tomato. My favorite! I apologize if I was surly, this was Breakfast to me after work.

Employees are training themselves because managers don't seem to care. Tables are dirty, you have homeless people coming in and rummaging through the garage looking for food or sleeping at the tables.

I ordered from this Wendy’s through door dash and they keep putting mayo and ketchup on my burger, I had to reorder the same burger thinking it was a one time thing and that they wouldn’t messed up again and they did. I am allergic to mayo, so if I didn’t checked both burgers before giving them a bite I could have had an allergic reaction. I specifically selected the ingredients I wanted and I deselected the mayo and the ketchup, and still they wouldn’t read the instructions well. I was very mad, specially because they wouldn’t give me back the whole amount of money that I payed with the delivery and everything even if Wendy’s were the one who messed up.

It's just another Wendy's. Although I will say at least at this Wendy's. They get your special orders right. There are other locations that couldn't get a special order right to save their life. So I gave them an extra star for that!
