This is the second time they give me my salad without a fork. The first time they forgot they said. The second time they said they had no forks in the restaurant. Since this was during my lunch time, I had to return the food after work. They gave my money back and said “thanks”

Bad attitude from mgt cashier because I Order a combo and cookie as dessert I noticed the cookie was badly over cooked so asked for a soft cookie she replied all of them are the same I said no there not the others cookies were burned so she so unprofessionally started to speaking in Spanish thinking i dont speak it as well and was told to give them the burned cookies at the the bottom so i refused the cookie she got mad and I noticed she throw the cookies aside that they flew across the counter and and felt on the floor I was a bit uncomfortable and really didn't want to eat there anymore I just hope this gets resolved fast please I hope someone that can train them a bit more on customer service

I just went thru the drive thru and ordered TWO BACONATORS and they charged me for them. Total was 28$ oh surprise when I get home theres NO bacon on my burguers. They charge you MORE for the bacon and they do NOT put the bacon on them.
