The service in this Wendy’s was astounding!! I had to write a review to discuss how quick and efficient all the workers, managers, and cooks were in providing me and my family with well made food. By far the best experience I have had with fast food and this Wendy’s will be my first choice to dine in I will be coming regularly.

Bad attitude from mgt cashier because I
Order a combo and cookie as dessert I noticed the cookie was badly over cooked so asked for a soft cookie she replied all of them are the same I said no there not the others cookies were burned so she so unprofessionally started to speaking in Spanish thinking i dont speak it as well and was told to give them the burned cookies at the the bottom so i refused the cookie she got mad and I noticed she throw the cookies aside that...

Today at 9pm I received excellent service from the team at this Wendys. It is very pleasant to arrive at a place where they serve you with such kindness. I hope we always have that kindness in all the establishments in Hialeah. I recommend them 100%.
