Horrible customer service. Staff is to busy telling jokes and laughing and they don't even look if there is a someone waiting or if there is a line. We literally had to scream "hello" for someone to look at us. The salads are completely different than any other Wendy's I have been to. There is practically no chicken, there were literally only 2 pieces from a full salad

Horrible customer experience she screamed at me, I showed her my coupons clearly to get my discount she didn’t add the items described by the coupons procecesd to scan my coupon and did it get my discount I asked her if I can get a new order made she said I can’t which is hilarious even after she deleted in my face I had to leave the restaurant horrible service horrible and it was the MANAGER dealing with me the whole time bad service horrible

This is ridiculous , I asked for a large coffe with 12 creams on the side , they said " no , if its 12 we cannot give it you , we have to add it to your cofee" all in cuban spanish , no english at all over there, like a wendy's in marianao cuba. Whos spending $5 in a large coffe to take 12 mini cups of cream? Thats funny!!

I said my order three times and they still got it wrong and then the guy gives me my drink with soda filling all over it all over my car, asked the kid For knockingHe caught an attitude. Then, when I asked to get my food corrected, they wouldn’t do it…. I’m super mad! This is Unacceptable who is high as it is in the street to be paying for incorrect food

This Wendy’s always has issues. The last couple of times that I visit I notice that the baconator (that’s my order) always is made half raw like literally it’s hot pink inside and I am not eating raw meat. I would have put the pictures but I already threw the food away. This has happened multiple times already and to top it all off I ordered a $5 biggie bag and the baconator meal and they missed my fries too. I am genuinely done going to Wendy’s. I spent $27 (which is overpriced) for food that I won’t even get to eat? Yeah no please be careful of your food when your order at this location..

I know it’s Hialeah but no one speaks one word of English therefore they always give you the wrong order ALWAYS in addition they never give you the right change back so be mindful

The driver thru cashier had a straight up attitude when trying to place the order. She clearly got mad when she had to repeat herself only because she kept leaving out the extra fries. She assume we I wanted a coke drink didn't even ask and when I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes I Dont care I got respect for fast food workers but this female here I would have to fight her. You can tell she didn't want be there no smile or thank you NOTHING. And swear I wish I understood Spanish cause I know she was talking crap about us in Spanish. If you was you I WOULD STAY FAR THIS RESTAURANT. And the size of this frosty is sad and pathetic and the price of a meal and a frosty damn or $20. It ain’t worth it from now on. I will never go to a franchise Wendy’s ever again.

I ordered a #7 that has bacon and they charged me $12 something and they gave me a simple hamburger. They were talking about personal things and they didn't pay attention and they realized when I was a little far away. I called and complained but why. They have to have more responsibility because money is not given to you.
Food was good but service was horrible. Workers had attitude while ordering and handing the food thru the drive thru, Rolled her eyes when we showed her the app and no peasantries at all.

The krabby patty meal was a 14 dollar ripoff. No special box, no special art, nothing special at all. Just a regular Dave's double with a vanilla frosty that has a little crushed canned pineapple on it. Save your money and don't order it
