The worst.wendys i order 4 5.00 biggie and instead of.giving me 5 bags they put all the meals in one bag. This isnt the first time im not happy with my order on top of that it was cold food .u better off.going.to the one on hiaeah gardens blvd they make it perfect and no mistakes. Also i order two for 3 n on the menue it say i csn get coffie n they telling me know if i csnt get it then remove it !!!!!

I’ve ordered from this Wendy’s multiple times through DoorDash, and almost every time, they forget to include the extra cheese sauces I paid for with my Baconator Fries. It might seem small, but when you’re paying extra, it adds up—and not getting what you paid for feels like you’re being ripped off.
It’s frustrating that something so simple keeps being overlooked. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their attention to detail with online orders.

Fast service, great quality food, and reasonably priced entrees are what you can come to expect on a consistent basis from Wendy's - specifically at this location.
I'm a big fan of the baked potato with cheese and bacon (you can slather it in butter and sour cream); the best part is that you can always ask for an extra sour cream and they'll give it to you for free. Understand that in most Tex-Mex restaurants, the extra sour cream comes at a cost. Wendy's gives extra sour cream GRATIS (That means it's free).
The new harvest salad that they came out with is equally exquisite, both in taste and texture. my only complaint is that they never add enough bacon on their new harvest salad, so I try to rectify that by simply adding an extra order bacon on the side. Let's be real here, you can never have enough bacon. It wouldn't be fair for me to deduct from their overall five out of five score because of my bacon grievance. You won't be disappointed if you try their baked potato, or cheese and chili for that matter.
It goes without saying that their burgers are also good too. And that's what makes Wendy's so great: their versatile menu, and the wide variety of entrees that they offer for all types of pallets, from the healthy eater to the comfort food aficionado.
Horrible customer service. Staff is to busy telling jokes and laughing and they don't even look if there is a someone waiting or if there is a line. We literally had to scream "hello" for someone to look at us. The salads are completely different than any other Wendy's I have been to. There is practically no chicken, there were literally only 2 pieces from a full salad

Horrible customer experience she screamed at me, I showed her my coupons clearly to get my discount she didn’t add the items described by the coupons procecesd to scan my coupon and did it get my discount I asked her if I can get a new order made she said I can’t which is hilarious even after she deleted in my face I had to leave the restaurant horrible service horrible and it was the MANAGER dealing with me the whole time bad service horrible

This is ridiculous , I asked for a large coffe with 12 creams on the side , they said " no , if its 12 we cannot give it you , we have to add it to your cofee" all in cuban spanish , no english at all over there, like a wendy's in marianao cuba. Whos spending $5 in a large coffe to take 12 mini cups of cream? Thats funny!!
