The food was good, easy to order. Just a suggestion about your crew. Was this young man at the window giving and serving people's food. But at the same time, he pulled his pants very often, meaning he wasn't wearing a belt and looked disorganized and dirty. Specially working with food

Food and service was good and no complaints but the atmosphere is not managed like it should be done in the USA. After living in South America for 9 years, its 100% obvious this is not managed by someone with the American culture and experience in mind. The TV has been broken and out of order for more than 2 months that I personally have seen on my weekly visits,, the bathrooms are always not clean and constantly smell like crap because the people don't flush the toilet paper after wiping their behinds, there is never any ketchup out and ways out of products and ice in the icemachines. This is not ran up to American standards and when I asked to turn the TV on, they blame corporate has not come to fix the problems.
As a traveler to more than 100 countries and an international business consultant I know this is 100% excuses for failed leadership and the lack of proper training and understanding the usa
