The service is terrible, they have no education or information about the products, the Free ice creams are for one year and you don't necessarily have to buy anything else in all Wendy's they do it and in this one they want to force you to buy something otherwise they won't give it to youThey also take too long in the car lines.Calls are not answeredWhen you ask to speak to a manager they don't know anythingJust by visiting me I have the right to a Free ice cream and they don't know it

My first chance to try the Panko fish sandwich! About 1pm on a quiet afternoon I ordered via the Wendy's app for pickup up & dine-in the restaurant! Th we staff told me that they were making the fish patty fresh & it would be a short wait. No problem, the sandwich came out hot & juicy. The fish Filet was a bit thin but tasty. They should eliminate the leaf of wilted lettuce. The pickles were a good touch. The mayo did nothing and they should serve it with a tartar sauce instead! Overall it was an OK sandwich at $4.99

For lunch just decided to pay a visit to Wendy's to try the new limited time Pretzel baconator. I placed the order via the app and picked it up at the drive thru window. The process was really quick. The fries were delicious and sandwich was ok. The bun is kinda soggy and burger wasn't hot. But overall is was ok which is why I decided to rate the place to a 3. There place wasn't busy at all so truthfully I expected a hot burger. It kinda felt like the burger was made 10 mins ago.

Waited in line for 15 minutes in the drive thru. I heard them telling the person in front of me to wait to say their order because they are going through a shift change. Also, that they are only accepting cash. There is no way to leave the drive thru line. So instead of having some consideration for their customers and putting a sign out by the entrance of the drive thru they allow you to go through there and you are basically stuck waiting for everyone to finish their order. I addressed to the manager that they should probably put a sign out by the entrance so customers without cash don't get stuck and he said they don't allow him too? That he got in trouble for it last time. And at some point said well what do you want me to do? Not very manger like. And I can see why this place is two stars.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they still had 2 hours until closing time and no one answered, tried knocking at the door and no one answered 30 minutes passed and still no one. Whoever was working night shift left early and it's very disappointing.

The food was very much Wendy's quality. However, it's extremely disappointing to the customers that have to wait for the employees to finish taking care of personal business while on the clock. Dear Wendy's Customer service, please take this location to serious consideration when evaluating the employees. Extremely problematic, confrontational and careless behavior towards the customers. This is extremely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior.
