I usually order through delivery and I always get my order missing something is either the ranch the drinks or fries this time I decided to go to the restaurant and dine in while taking my order this girl was using her phone and as expected my order was wrong I think her name was Alexandra I ask for Korean bbq and they gave me regular bbq it also took them like 30 min to gave me my order

As a matter of fact, as a Wingstop frequent customer, I am highly impressed with the service received from Melissa who showed a great attitude at all times, offered suggestions in an attempt to make my order more joyful and most important was patient and friendly. On a day like today, being Valentine's day, Melissa exceeded my expectations.As I waited to receive my order, I was able to observe how Melissa showed the same attitude and personally to every customer who walked in. Friendly, knowledgeable and glowing personality is how I would describe Melissa. I was so greateful for the way I was being treated that I called the manager "Yanet" to compliment her staff, Melissa. However, after speaking to Yanet, I realized why her entire team was so professional. Yanet's highly rated customer service, portraits in her team.Being a Wingstop frequent customer, I can say this is definitely the #1 store in Miami. Where customers are valued and receive the service they deserve.I hope this reviewed is read by a top manager. This store deserves to be recognized.

Awesome experience!! Food was amazing, clean dining and a really nice cashier named Angie.
Food is crispy and fresh, Angelina was my server and she was great. This place has a super nice vibe and you can watch sports games. Definitely recommend!!

I ordered a combination of flavors today and requested my wings be extra crispy (cooked) they undercooked soogy and the Parmesan garlic wings came in plain with absolutely no flavor. Although I have enjoyed other Wingstop locations , I suggest you don't order from the Hialeah location
