The service was horrible and so slow my dad he asked for a chesse amlet with toast and grits and they have him a egg omelet with no chesse hash browns instead of grits and a biscuit instead of toast.

Took my daughter to lunch. It was our first time visit to this wonderful place. I ordered the cheeseburger with fries and she got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with hash browns. We were both so impressed with the portion sizes and then after digging in, just blown away by how delicious and fresh everything was. Our service was amazing as well. She was very personable and attentive, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The menu has so many choices that we can't wait to go back and start working our way through! This was our first of many visits to come! Well done BlueStar!!!

We stopped in the day after Christmas for a great lunch while shopping in downtown High Springs. They were very busy that day but my lunch was worth the wait.

Local guide ate here this morning with High Springs celebrity, Jessica Lee. The food was amazing. Service was excellent. Prices are fair. The interior is much larger than it appears. Jessica recommends this restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

manager is rude, my breakfast was ruined by her rude friends, as loud as they were they had the nerve to ask me to turn down the volume on my phone. could barely hear it and minding my own business. needless to say I didn't get to finish my breakfast and was charged 21 plus dollars to put up with the rudeness of others. that manager lady needs to be fired as she makes all who work there just as miserable as she is. would not tell anyone to eat there. hey manager lady you need to retire your scaring the public away.

Traveling dive buddies and I stopped for breakfast on our way to Ginnie Springs. The food and service were so good that we made a point to return to Bluestar the next morning, too.
The California bowl was delicious. They offer such a generous portion that one could be split by two people. Eggs, grits and stacked French toast also got a thumb up from our group. We will be back!
