My family ate at this restaurant over two weeks ago. Worst decision I ever made. We spend $40 on the buffalo chicken wraps. I live in Fort White when I got home there was no chicken it was full of lettuce tomato cheese and mayonnaise. I called up there and let them know this was the third time they had messed this up. I told him this time I wanted my food replace and I wasn’t driving that far again, so I was told that I was speaking to the owner and she told me that when I was ready they would replace my order if I kept the receipt. yesterday me and my family decided we were going to let them fix our food and try the restaurant again I waited in line get to the window a young lady was there. I tell her what it happened gave her my receipt next thing I know a gentleman comes to the door and tells me I’m a liar basically said that’s not how they do it there said that one it was two weeks overdue , which when do they put a time limit on them fixing your food. Told me that I should have kept the old food and brought it up there and told me that I was making this up. I didn’t make it up and I will never eat there again. They messed up our food didn’t even put the chicken or buffalo in the chicken wrap and they told me he was the owner and that he was glad I wasn’t going to eat at his restaurant again. This is horrible that a restaurant that messed up our food would act like that.. it wasn’t about the money to me as much as it was about the employees can answer a phone lie and then make u out to be a lair. Can’t wait for the day high springs replaces chompers for a respectable restaurant. This town don’t need any more dishonest business owners..

Food decent and 40 mins wait for jalapeño poppers, cheese sticks and mushrooms. What the hell is up with the wait ?? Drive thru setup sucks !!!

The food is always good, but I tried to call and place an order over the phone because I was driving. I was told that they could not take the order over the phone that I would have to order online. I had my daughter go online to place an order and it said that they could not accept orders because the prep time (40 minutes) was after they closed. So the order could not be placed. I called them back and she told me again that they don't take phone orders.I spent my money elsewhere....if you cant be accommodating or if your current process doesn't work for your customers-TRY SOMETHING NEW!

Got the wrong was told they would replace it went back 2 weeks later was told there was nothing they could do and instead of the manager addressing my directly he was standing telling his employee what to say. I done 20+ years in food management and this is no way to bulild a customer base. I was a at least once a week customer but they just lost my business.

I went there like 3 weeks ago when I was just getting over being sick, got the wrong order I couldn’t even eat because it had shrimp in it when it got brought to me I even repeated the order, the girl agreed and gave it to me. Got home called was told she would keep the receipt and she knew exactly what happened because they were remaking the order they gave out wrong. Well went back today they would not honor it, they just lost a loyal customer.

This is the most frustrating restaurant ? The way they conduct business is completely unexcusable. They know it's going to be busy on Saturdays and Sundays they need to have the appropriate staff to cover the influx of people ? there is zero reason you should wait 45 minutes in a drive-thru ? I will not be returning to this place The food is great but the service absolutely sucks

Had the fried oyster, onion rings and corn fritters. All were crispy and delicious. You can dine on the outdoor patio or drive thru and eat at home.

Don't let the size of the restaurant discourage you. So much packed into this small place. We had the fish sandwich. The sauce is very delicious. Really made a difference in what could have been a boring sandwich. There is something for everyone to enjoy. We'll be back.
