Colsie Coffee & Bakeshop

We recently tried this place for the first time and had a great experience. Our coffees were really good and the bagel and cinnamon roll were delicious! We will definitely be stopping by more often and highly recommend to others.

Colsie coffee is the best coffee in Alachua county, Florida. The atmosphere, friendly staff/owners, and coffee is the worth the visit!

This is actually the cutest coffee shop ever, the staff is so warm and sweet and the food and drinks surpassed my expectations! highly recommend the iced chai and I will be returning soon!

Servers not attentive, coffee isn't good and the baked goods taste like they've been in the fridge for 2 days. 3/3 misses, won't be back.

This Coffee spot is the definition of Coffee House! It is fitted to come in and spend a while. The coffee is delicious! I got the cappuccino and it was frothy and delicious, the pastries especially the snickerdoodle was a tasty pairing! If I didn’t have a 5 hour drive ahead of me I would’ve hung out a while! IF you’re in the area for the springs, don’t leave the area without visiting!

The coolest little coffee shop we found while escaping Milton. Absolutely love this spot in high springs. First off the location is super!! Spacious inside and out and well designed.
The coffees are delicious!! Can vouch for the mocha latte as it was our favorite.
Even tho the gluten free options were limited, those in our party who could eat gluten absolutely loved the Asiago bagel with bacon cheddar crème cheese.

The outdoor patio area is really nice. The people and staff are committed and friendly. Prices average for similar shops!

Really can’t wait to come back!!

I went for coffee soon after they opened this morning, and there was a pest control spraying the baseboards inside while people were eating and drinking coffee. Another customer came in and saw the same thing and turned and left. I know it's a routine thing to get pest control, but you're supposed to wait 30 minutes at least in a well ventilated area before it's safe, not do it while people are having breakfast and coffee. I know that the employees knew cause he went up to give them an invoice afterwards.

Has that mom and pop local coffee shop feel, a good amount of seating, and really good drinks at a fair price.

Ok Carmel macchiato.. I can't believe they still charge for oat or soy when it's the same if not cheaper now than milk.. But hey us lactose intolerant people are used to it.. The Blondie was great.. Just enough crisp edge to soft chewy middle..
