Ordered 2 platters both only had 4-5 hash rounds. Both meats where dried out and burt to crisp and not really edible. Only thing worth eating was the eggs and biscuits. This place has went so far down hill lately. Breakfast used to be great, now it's younger staff that doesn't care. Tried calling multiple times, with no answer. This is probably the 5th time in past month, that the food hasn't been edible. Crap last time I ordered a lettuce wrap burger and they forgot the dang meat patty. Its a absolute joke and 100% inconsistent day to day. If something goes change. Youre going to loose customers that have been coming for years. I know, the no firearms or weapons has already deterred locals away. But add crap food and no customer service into the mix and it's not worth going to. Just drove 20 min to get my kids food to end up making them food because they wouldn't eat most of it oe we got shorted on what they would eat.

Love hardees it's way better than the other fast food places around here. But I ordered breakfast this morning and got all the way back home and realized they forgot the two apple pies I ordered. I tried to call back but no one answered and then it made the fax line noise. So couldn't reach management to see if I could come back later to pick it up bc I couldn't come back right then.

I gotta say highsprings has the best Hardee's in north florida! They definitely put a lot of sausage in the gravy , and that's what makes them better than most..

I usually dont eat at fast food places, and this is why. I've had an iron stomach my whole life. But this morning around 9am, I ordered a breakfast platter, with sausage. It took a minute to get my order. Finally got it. Crumbled my biscuit, and poured the gravy on it. Noticed there weren't very many hash browns. The eggs were under the biscuits, so I just chopped em into the mix. Took a bite of hash browns, which biscuits n gravy and noticed a wierd taste. Didn't think much of it till around 10. My stomach felt like it had a knot in it. I tried to continue to work. Had no energy, and my legs hurt. Came home for lunch and laid on the couch, didn't eat. Went back to work, not long before I had to rush home. Sat on the toilet, but nothing. I knew it had to come out the top, 😔. I played on the bathroom floor, rolling from side to side. You know. Still nothing. Went and played on the living room floor, same thing, nothing, but there was tremendous pain. I stripped down to my whitey eighties and crawled into bed. Covered up tightly. Had cold chills. Toes froze, fingertips froze. Finally, around 3pm, it happened. I was relieved. Im still weak, and my legs hurt. Its 412pm and I feel a little knot again. The only food I have had all day was the platter.
I have lost at least a half a days work, due to someone's negligence. Something was wrong either with the eggs, or the hash browns.
I honestly thought about taking my throw up back to the counter and demanding my money back, plus a loss of half a days pay. Its the on

The Breakfast sandwich was awful. The bread was hard as a rock. The meat was cold and lumped in the middle. And the egg was greasy and burnt. I have had better breakfast at a truck stop gas station. You should be ashamed charging people $12 for that slop.
