We were staying in High Springs visiting some family last year and ate at this Hardee’s on our way out of town. Everyone was super friendly right from the time we walked in. Food was handed to us before we even sat down with our drinks. Our chicken biscuits were fresh and juicy and tender. Hashbrowns had that perfect golden brown texture to them. Sweet tea to die for. Probably the best Hardee’s experience I ever had!

The men's restroom needs additional attention. The dining area neat and cleaned in appearance. On this day, as our first visit, was no line or waiting to order. Our order was made fresh, hot and ready, packed to eat-in or take-out.

The New pulled pork is not what it sezs. It's a, piece of something on a bun a squirt of BBQ sauce with onion straws. It is high priced and dry. Gross I had to wait for it as well on drive through.

Hardee’s continues to be, a hometown favorite. The classic menu, never fails to impress. My morning, “jelly biscuit,” is a buttery (non-dairy butter) delight. Such a staple, that it has been a source of comfort, in difficult times. No matter, my personal struggle, or the collective one… Hardee’s is on-time. The consistency of their early-morning hours (5:00 a.m. M-Sat, 6:00 a.m. Sun) means, you can count on the friendly crew to be ready and waiting for you. Biscuits & more, await! And for sure, Hardee’s Southern Sweet Tea, never disappoints!
