Lunch here today for the first time. Greeted cheerfully by the staff and order taken quickly and efficiently. And THEN the food was soooo good. Fresh and delicious. Do yourself a favor and come try Spinwiches!

Unique, that is what you look for when visiting a small town. Spinwiches is a local High Springs lunch spot with a truly unique set of offerings (including Franchise options). They have just expanded the shop to increase the seating - which offers indoor and outdoor options, with a variety of cozy spaces for 1 to small groups of 6 or 8. The bread here is where the SPIN comes from - it is rolled onto wooden spindles and sliced open for your sandwich. Everything is fresh - from the potato salad to the ingredients and they always have a daily special. They have some great deserts that are an alternative to the amazing nearby ice cream shop, but different. Understand, you are very likely to have your order taken by the owner or his partner making your food. There is pride in serving you from the time you enter the shop. If you don’t like sandwiches, the salads are serious options to enjoy. So, for something you can’t get anywhere else, stop by and check it out when you are hungry.

This is a go to when I’m working in the area. The food is absolutely delicious. I’m usually not a fan of potato salad but I order it every single time as a side. I’ve had most of the sandwiches on the menu and I’ve not had a bad one or even a mediocre one yet. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You will not regret it

There is nothing not to love about this place!! As a family who visiting from Indiana, this was a pleasant surprise! Everything fr9m the sandwich to the dessert was amazing!
This was a unique quick lunch. The owner explained the history of the bread. We had the chickpeas salad and egg salad sandwiches and chicken and wild rice soup. It was all delicious. Nice patio in the back.

Would drive the 3 hours just for the Strawberry Roll alone! But that shrimp salad sandwich was life changing. Seriously. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Same goes for the dessert. Wish I would have tried the soup, heard some patrons raving about it while we waited in the quaint little sandwich shop. Super friendly people too. Absolute 10/10 if you’re in the area visiting Ginnie Springs, this is a Must stop!
