I don't know if I just went there on an off day or what, but I've never had a bad experience at Culver's anywhere, until today. And i've lived in Wisconsin for a few years so I know all about Culver's. It all started when the lady handed me my drink at the drive-thru window and it was half full, like legitimately 3 inches from the top of the cup half full. Which is whatever, accidents happen. they filled it up all the way for me after I said something. But then I get my sticker and I pull around to the waiting area to get your food and the guy is standing there with my order already. Like there's no way they could have cooked a burger that fast considering the people in front of me, that ordered well before me, we're still waiting on their food. So I take my food and leave and I get to the other side of the parking lot and I open up my hamburger and it's literally room temperature like the cheese isn't even melted. So I'm assuming I've got somebody's left over old hamburger, because if they cooked it fresh they should have taken longer than the 30 seconds to get it out to me.

Only good place to get burgers here in Lakeland. So much better than McDonalds and the other burger joints. Not sure why anyone would choose McDonald’s over Culver’s.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited 20+ minutes to get my food while 2 cars behind me got theirs with no problem. I ordered 2 meals so it wasn’t a big order. They gave me my ice cream before asking me to pull up and wait, so it was melted by the time I actually got my food. Terrible service

Culver’s is always delicious. My kids love to collect Scoopie tokens and redeem them for prizes. We had been saving for a while and they saw that this location at Curdis with overalls and a hat, so they wanted to get them. (The guy said they were from Oktoberfest and they still had a bunch of them.)
We like the custard, fries, cheese curds, butter burgers, grilled cheese and chicken strips… basically everything we have tried. We were able to find a table for 8 of us quickly when we arrived and everything looked clean from what I saw as well. The ambiance was great for a lunch out with family.
We have never had a problem with Culver’s, but I hear it’s important to make sure an online order is for the correct location, since they are independently owned and operated.

The staff is always friendly, fast and the food always fresh! I’m fairly new to the Culver’s brand but I have yet to be disappointed!!
Rude childish staff, manager was no where to be found. The manager up front was a child who wouldn’t take me serious when I asked for a different type of chicken sandwich given mine was rubbery and not cooked. Do better
