My family was traveling through Hilliard, FL headed to Hinesville, GA. We stopped at Five .5 Grille an hour about closing. This place is tucked in a small strip mall and isn’t anything fancy. It is a mix of diner/sporty bar. There were tv mounted around the dining area, an ice cream shop area, and quarter games: like a gum ball machine and claw machine. Same owners as R&R, there are some different menu options at 5.5 then at R&R. Gator tail is my go-to here. or anything with the Boom Boom sauce also always clean and lovely.
Great service and tasty chicken. Sides could be better seasoned. Recommend all things fried here. Bonus you can get ice cream in the same spot!
