The lady that waited on us was rude. She yelled at me when I was telling her the type of bread I wanted. She said “What kind are they?” She had a horrible attitude. She then proceeded to squeeze about 1/3 of the bottle of mayonnaise on one sandwich and then 1/3 of mustard on the other. She had so much mustard on the sandwich it was literally oozing out onto the counter. She wiped the mustard from her hands onto the sandwich like it was a napkin. It was absolutely ridiculous!

If you do not wish to make a sub the way it is ordered quit your job please. I’m tired of ordering on line orders and not getting the extra meat I paid for ! There is also no oil or red vinegar. And you put American cheese on my sub when I ordered pepper jack.

The main manager shows up when she feels like it( the two times I went up there, at open which is 6 a.m. she didn't show up till 6:45). There has been quite a bit of turnover in management and staff over the past year and a half and it doesn't seem like it's worth eating at because it is dirty, there are flies everywhere. I see food in between The cutting boards of the serving table where the sandwich is made and they're not using sanitizer napkins to wipe off their stations like they should. It is disgusting and I would avoid eating there

I ordered a roast beef foot long and instead i got mystery meat, the olives tasted sour. I don't know what's going on at the folkston location but this is nasty. It's by fast the worst food I have received from them.

In my opinion, the Night Shift is very Professional. I was served by a young woman named Tyra. She was very respectful and polite. The food preparation area was very clean and tidy. The Hilliard Subway location will now be my first choice from here on out!! Thank You for providing me with excellent service Ms.Tyra.!!!!

Everytime I come here they are so friendly. Tho they do need more people to work there instead of have 1 person work an do everything. Subway supposed to be abt team work yet there is no team work. There's only 50% team work and 50% of people who don't want to work.
I ordered a foot long sandwich to go on Saturday morning Sept. 7, 2024 at 10:15am. I ordered a foot long steak sub and paid $12 for it. He only used 1 little pile of meat and this is what it looked like. Paid for ll that money for bread and a smidge of meat!
