I came thru at 10:20pm I was the only car in drive thru an ordered a biggie bag they gave me my water an pulled me forward immediately an all of a sudden I'm waiting for more then 25 mins for my food. While I watch a bunch of young kids sitting round the lobby hanging out an playing with each other. Do better Wendy's. I will not be back finally got my food and it was cold had to turn around got out of the restaurant and checked my food and it was freezing so I came back for a full refund I am not satisfied

Holy crap. I mean, a Wendy’s is a Wendy’s, and far be it from me to leave a review for a fast food joint. But WOW. I just waited 30 minutes for three large beef patties. Not full burgers. Not combo meals. Not a crazy order with substitutions. Just three pieces of meat. It doesn’t get easier than that. And it took 30 minutes! The place wasn’t crowded. And the kicker, when I FINALLY got the order, they didn’t even give me the large patties, they gave me the small ones! First world problems, I get it. But I could’ve driven to the freaking grocery store, bought some frozen burger patties, driven home, pan fried these burgers myself, and still been eating faster.

Horrendous service. They did not know their breakfast menue was still up, and looked at us stupid when we came in at 11:30 asking if they're still serving breakfast.

Floors unmopped. Somehow, the carpet is sticky?

Immature staff, yelling about spilled items and making me and my family concerned if our food is even safe to eat.

No ice available. It's like, fused with freon because of a experience lacking technician.

Line builds up, and nobody has gotten their food yet.

As for the food. It's good. Not sure if it was worth the 20 minute wait though.

I wouldn’t even give it a start at all. Just went to get breakfast. They weren’t open and it was 8:04 they open @8. Used to be before 8 but this location sucks all of a sudden. No breakfast potatoes so they had to give me fries. No ketchup packets what so ever. Then no ice because it wasn’t safe to have ice from the ice they have they said. I don’t know what the hell is going on, but today was my last straw. Now I’m scared to eat my food.

Folks I am a hamburger vet. and milt vet. 65yr old from nj . Loveum loveum loveum. Stopped by this Wendys at 1017pm-ish 08.18.25 and the service was great, food was a 10!. Fries a lil salty but I am a salt free guy. Forgot to tell them. Overall go and try one out the best!!!

Where is the owner? How can an owner have such a deplorable restaurant and do nothing to fix the problems? The staff is nice enough, but it’s mostly young kids who just don’t care about doing a good job. My order is usually wrong and you can always count on a wait. They don’t take pride in their work or the cleanliness of the restaurant. The only reason this place gets business is because it’s the only fast food option in Hilliard.

Stopped by because of any fast food restaurants, Wendy’s is our favorite. Store was in disarray with ads covering dining tables. They were possibly changing prices which is fine unless you have customers. Numerous employees milling around but no one to take our order. One person tried to activate register several times but could not. One individual behind the counter in the back was sitting on their table, swinging his legs back and forth. We were unable to order and left while they all were attempting to do whatever. We will never stop there again. I feel sorry for the owner of this Wendy’s.

I would have given 5 stars if they would speed up some especially drive thru. They walk around like they don't have people waiting to pick up and place their orders. The food is good and the restaurant is clean in the lobby and bathrooms.

One guy mopping and one lady on the phone in the office, no one manning the front, whole line of people waiting with no one saying anything. Wasted 15mins. Close the store if you don’t have the people our at least put a sign out

It appears there was a relatively large staff change. Since then, the food quality has dropped through the floor. Everything is extremely overcooked and orders are always wrong. There is no more customer service. From the moment you order your food to the time you receive it, you're met with an awful attitude. Took this nice little Wendy's and turned it into absolute trash. I'm disappointed and do not recommend it to anyone.
