Stopped in today to eat. Grab a baked potato with bacon and cheese. The bacon was burnt. Walked to the counter to ask for a sour cream and butter and was told it would be 1.00. I was surprised cause I thought that comes with the potato. The tables were filthy and some of the employees had on white t-shirts. Looking like they just rolled out of bed. I will not be stopping here again

Every time we go to this Wendy's they get our order wrong. Being the only fast food in Hilliard, you would think they'd have it together better. It's not just once in a while, it's every single time we go. Just left there and ordered my Son a double stack and there was no cheese on it. I go back through the line and they tell me they don't have cheese. How does a restaurant that specialize in cheeseburgers run out of cheese. They didn't tell me prior to ordering and they didn't decrease the price, so it's theft in my opinion. We will be going to folkston or Callahan the next time we want something quick

The place is in terrible condition and run down. All the tables needed to be cleaned. There's a bad odor as well. The cashier was nice. There was some employees working hard and some doing nothing.

The small staff of only 3 people. They are very friendly, caring, courteous, helpful, hard working. They deserve a raise!! I'm very impressed!! Thanks to the 3 person crew, customers were taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. Bravo!!

Me and my wife stopped here on our way from Georgia to Amelia Island.
Made the mistake of going inside. Flies EVERYWHERE. Got at the register was literally fanning Flies from his face as he took orders. It was so bad my wife had to go back to the car because she got physically sick.
