I was scolded this morning for eating food I had delivered to the hotel and told that I could only eat it in my room because "this is an actual restaurant". But it is the only seating available in the hotel.
Even with this poor experience, I decided to come back to the hotel and eat dinner & have a drink to support the establishment. They were closed when I arrived, an entire hour earlier than what is listed for their hours here.
They either need to adjust their manners & their staff, or the hotel should find a new tenant.

The ambience was amazing! Service was great, it is a peaceful setting, at a small quaint beachfront resort. The food was okay overpriced.

Very nice location and delicious food. Except for the attention of Edwin Marinos, since upon finding my plate (hamburger) a physical contaminate that made it impossible for me to continue eating, Mr. Marinos was not very receptive to the complaint and even annoyed by it himself.
It's a shame that such a beautiful place does not have staff up to the task and does not know how to proceed in a case like this; being that I almost drowned eating the polluting saying. Not only did I have to pay for the entire meal, but the moment I bit into the contaminant, I vomited all of it.

A total disappointment. And it is a danger that the necessary supervisions are not carried out on the production line!!

a cute gem!! enjoyed our breakfast here — the oatmeal & fruit was nice, and the classic breakfast platter was exactly what we needed. the ambience was cute and clean. i don’t understand why this was so poorly rated previously. the breakfast menu was limited but had all of the typical expectations. would return!

Guys were great. Lady not so much. Breakfast was good. I was a little disappointed that the lunch items were unavailable after 4. The breakfast waiter was a man he was great. Dinner was just a burger because the hotels wifi was out. The restaurant had no way to take credit cards so I just got what I had enough cash for. I do not like the automatically included tip and I usually over tip. They had a workaround using the hotel to charge orders. I do not like that the evening woman was picking and choosing who she told this to. Some she would say they could pay through the hotel. Others she said "we can only take cash". I plan on stayed at the Sonder again. I will probably eat here for convenience...

Ordered room service which was through Ya Mas Beach. Didn't get the food, so I talked to them, they said they never received my order but they charged my credit card! So I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money but they said they couldn't find the order... then they said they would issue a credit (reached out to them twice and nothing happened). Long story short, don't order from them!!

The food was abysmal, extremely overpriced, hidden added 20% service charge on top of tips. They rent this space and act like the own the whole property telling hotel guests they can't have outside food or dinks in the grass or lounge area. Will never eat here again.
Great spot on the beach to grab lunch and dinner. Fresh Mediterranean food.

So I had the Pina Colada non alcoholic drink. It tasted good but I didn’t order any lunch . Simply for the fact that everything here is overpriced. Stop price gouging people just because they are at a pool or the beach. The prices need to be lowered by at least $5-$8 on everything!!!!!

We had a couple of lunches and one dinner here while staying in hotel. Food was good, excellent view of ocean. A little quiet in January and clearly in transition to new branding / style / menu. Staff were attentive and helpful.
