Absolutely astounding. Went there twice in a row after checking the website regarding hours of ops. Nobody there, all locked. How do you run and own a business line that? I've experienced this before in Stuart, where another restaurant was closed even though it should be open. I've never experienced this phenomenon in Arizona or California and definitely not in Europe. Must be a Flori-duh thing?

UPDATE: I'm taking it down to two stars because even though the fare is spectacular, what good is it when you can't get it on a regular basis? Very disappointed in the fact that there's no consistency in hours of operation. As another reviewer indicated, this seems to be a hobby for the proprieter(s). I suppose the temporary nature of operating out of a lunch truck should have been a clue. Here I sit at 11:45 on a Wednesday morning (listing claims 11:30 a.m."open") and the gate is still locked with no signs of life whatsoever. Well, nice while it lasted. So long Blue Water........ORIGINAL REVIEW: Two white boys cookin' up greens and other fare one must usually travel to a black-owned establishment for if you want the best. Well, I've never had better than what I found at Blue Water. Ribs to die for, and you absolutely cannot beat the price! I shall return.

Today we went to our favorite bbq and are saddened to hear today is their final day 12/22/2023. Thank you Bluewater for excellent food! We will miss Bluewater BBQ SO MUCH!!! Best wishes to you and your great pitmaster.

This includes 5 meats (pulled pork, shredded chicken, ribs and what they try to pass as brisket) and 4 sides and some bbq sauce.The sides were: potato salad, baked beans, Mac n cheese and cole slaw.We also ordered "street corn" and an order of "thotchos"None of it was good.None.We will not be ordering from this place again.Seasoning was off. Flavor was non-existent and that "potato salad" was absolutely disgusting.Not one person in our party thought any of it was good.

All around FANTASTIC! The greens are not to be missed. Just the right amount of bite, and surprisingly spicy! No need for hot sauce. The brisket was so tender that a knife was not needed. The toast was super crunchy and the Mac n cheese a 10. EAT HERE! Also, the specials looked interesting, but as it was our first visit, we had to try the brisket.

Great food ,recommend you try.My only complaint would be that for me, there was a little too much butcher block pepper in everything. (Baked beans, ribs & even mac & cheese had it)I'll definitely eat here again though!
The beef brisket is phenomenal. I mean juicy sweet and the bark on it is unbelievable. I get it with tater tots which I prefer and beans, and I love the beans!! I've had the ribs... I don't know anybody in the area that makes better ribs... I did not care for the pork and I did not care for their brisket burger. I thought the brisket burger was kind of terrible.... It just seemed flaky and loose, and it had a weird flavor and texture to it. I have their pork eggrolls sitting in my fridge. I'll let you know what I think.... I think the prices are right in line with the portions so I have no complaint there.

Pulled Pork and Corn Muffin were excellent. Tangy sauce was great as well. I was excited to see Vinegar Slaw on the menu but honestly it was weird. A bunch of added ingredients and not enough vinegar. Overthought.

Happened upon this outdoor eatery today right at opening time. Pulled pork sandwich was great - the roll toasted was a nice touch. Portions were generous with very reasonable pricing. Brisket nicely blackened. The whole vibe is very Austin-like with Hobe Sound hospitality.
