Rude! Remade my coffee without being asked too because I was slow to pick up a mobile order. I said “thank you, there was an accident that slowed me down”. I proceeded to get told “don’t expect this again, we don’t do this for people” then complaining to me about people not getting mobile orders fast enough for her.

My cashier was very sweet and accommodating, she was a young African American woman with tight tiny braids and the whole time she is getting my order ready she’s digging at her scalp. The whole 5 minute interaction. I’m not going to eat the donuts and I should have said something but I didn’t want to embarrass her.So I’m being a keyboard Karen instead.I will handle the situation differently next time.

Such a great crew. They are working on a skeleton crew, but they sure do their best for their customers.
This evening, I was coming around to the drive-thru. I saw this lady, (dressed in a dunkin' donuts uniform) walking with what seemed to be a teenager. Screaming at the top of her lungs inappropriate words.! I couldn't understand why she was doing what she was doing.I have dealt with the saying lady, previously I believe her name is Brittany. I left, I did not drive around to the drive-thru to put in my daily order. I was astonished by her actions. Her attitude was disgusting like it always is.Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nice clean place, friendly employees. One thing bothers me, I saw food prep person eating while she preps and licking her fingers, then handling customers food. This morning person had no gloves and was wiping their nose with back of their arm. Not good.

Everytime I order either a hot chocolate or a frozen hot chocolate they mess up my drink and give me coffee. If I wanted coffee I would've ordered coffee. I never put reviews down but I'm tired of such a simple order getting messed up Everytime I go, you can only give the benefit of the doubt so many times. Went yesterday and they had to remake my drink because they messed it up. Tired of paying for something and not getting it.

Who doesn't like Dunkins? Yeah sometimes they screw your order up or they don't have the doughnuts you want that day but for the most part they do you Right.

Asked for a frozen coffee, no sugar and my blood sugar shot up. Had been fasting since day before and blood sugar should have been in the 70’s it was almost double that. Be careful when ordering if diabetic. The coffee ruined my 24 hour fast with h no foodDietary restrictions: Plain coffee apparently is all you can order from Dunkin. I have had this happen 3 times before and corporate was contacted but no luck with getting any positive results

I stopped by Dunkin' like I do almost everyday and today Angela was working. She went above and beyond when they were out of things and was incrediblly kind and professional. This experience was a stark contrast from my normal experiences at Dunkin. I will make it a priority of mine to go to the specific Dunkin and be served by Angela instead of the ones that are closer to my home. Wish every Dunkin had a worker like her!
