I came to eat with my friends and he was trying to joke with the staff, introduce us and just hang out and apparently that was all three of us being rude.I know my friends asked nicely if they could change one of the TV's and she caught a huge attitude. I myself was quiet, asked for more water once with a please and thanked her. All my server did was give me a snarky attitude for the entire meal and after the owner showing out like a child, coming out talk to his supposed friend, blowing up on said shared friend over that person lying I will never come back.As extra I was recording our first time there so I got proof of their attitude, snarky comments and over all argumentative nature. I don't recommend this place until the staff gets an attitude check. I'll be uploading this video show how horribly rude stuff were and how they lied about...honestly mostly me I'm really pissed off because I try not to bother anyone what's so ever so to have some lying you know say I was rude, to me someone ran customer service 12 years, that's a slap in face.

Stopped by here with the family and friends for an afternoon lunch as we were travellers from out of town. Service was prompt, ambiance was nice, and the food was good. Would return if we were in the area again. Restrooms were also very nice and clean.Wheelchair accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Food would have been a 4Until we got home.We had ordered a whole key lime pie to bring home for the kids.When we got homeWhat we had was a pie that tasted like curdled cheesecake and eggsNot key lime pie at allThe kids won't eat it and unfortunately it is quite gross.Called whoever was on the phone was very defensive, that's your right.But no way can we drive an hour to bring back a pie we spent $40 on. Was offered Half reimbursement on the worst pile of I don't know what because we cannot drive back to bring it to a person who stated that it was key lime pie, and there was no way something could be wrong with it.Really unfortunate. We liked the atmosphere, song bingo was great. Burgers were great coconut shrimp was greatWill never be back.

We loved the atmosphere - very unique! Wish we could have seen the tiki hut area, but the entire room was blocked for a small private party. The meals were decent. The Cuban was missing mustard and when we asked a server, she said that didn't come on it and came back with mayonnaise as the sandwich sauce. It's not a Cuban without spicy mustard... Son's gator burger was bland, but wife was happy with veggie pasta and daughter's bistro burger was ok. Service lacked with no drink refills or server to be seen for remainder of the meal. We had to have the lady at the register print our bill to pay so we could leave.
We Couldn't eat there, the place was not even half full and still they said to us that where to many people in the place and the service might take more than 45 min.

Such a fun place to eat & have a drink at! The food definitely takes second stage to the many hilarious signs & cool photo ops scattered around the property. They even had live music the day we stopped by for lunch.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome

Enjoyed lunch with my husband and a cousin. It was low key, excellent choice of food selections and the waitress was great. She was friendly and professional and allowed us space to relax, yet was appropriately attentive.Vegetarian options: Veggie primavera was a choice at our table.
