I have never been inside a McDonald’s like this before, and it was quite different as far as ordering and so forth, but everyone was pleasant and helpful, and we received our order in a timely manner.

I went through the drive through at 4:25 pm today, everyone were very pleasant and my order was perfect and service was "fast", hence fast food. I live north of this location in Hobe Sound and was encountered to Stuart I will definitely come to this location as everything about my experience was excellent. I can't say enough about the kindness and respectfulness of all the staff I encountered.

I'm pissed off !!! I ordered my breakfast at 10:15!! Waited in drive through to pick up my order , at 10:35 they proceeded to tell me at the window that they cancelled my order because it was not breakfast anymore. SO WHY DID I GET CHARGED?. WHY have mobile ordering if I can't get breakfast? Day after the hurricane and it was a long line so I got to the window after 10:30 but I clearly ordered it before 10:30. They couldn't make it and put it to the side ?. I will travel to cove road from now on. They will not get my money anymore.

Bad service on drive thru 30 minutes spend waiting for my food im no recommend this McDonald's use another sucursal 😡😡
Horrible service. Asked for assistance at the kiosk and no one ever came. Never got a receipt. Food was cold and all I wanted was no pickles and they gave me pickles. The tables were wet and gross. Avoid! Oh and the menu screen was broken.

The raw sewage has been pouring into this place for over 6 months now!, the smell went from bad to unbearable, the place has been redone to look like a prison commissary, definitely not a fun place as McDonald's was known for. No one working the counter, they have a bell on the counter. They act put out if you use it, the food sometimes is actually not bad, maybe 20 to 25% of the time. No drinks no condiments no napkins available without asking but there's nobody to ask, the city obviously has never done a health inspection, lots of flies, I'm sure they're from the sewage. They close the lobby early, the employees seemed okay, the management and the health department seem to be the problem

Boy did they get lucky when McDonalds hired Christie (I think that's her name). She was the best employee I have seen in a long time. I will be ordering from here a lot more often. God bless her.

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 steak egg n cheese breakfast sandwiches on a muffin. $12. Got home 1 had the wrong kind of egg on it the other had none. Called the store. MANAGER RESPONSE... Well I don't know I wasn't the one that cooked it.
