Absolutely poor customer service. Ordered at the kiosk and chose the pay-at-counter option. Stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge that I needed their assistance, then went to pay in cash and was told that they didn’t have change for a $50. What???? A national chain that can’t make change for a $50 dollar bill at lunchtime? Absurd was to do business. We ended up using a card to pay. The order came and I realized that my strawberry frozen drink wasn’t with the order. It was explained to me that the machine wasn’t working. I guess that wasn’t important to mention while they were fulfilling the order. Then of course having the upcharge that I paid refunded became too much of a challenge so they refunded the full amount of the drink rather than just the upcharge. I’ll never go back. If all of the Taco Bell’s are this poorly run, I don’t see how they could possibly stay in business anyway.

Walked in waited, 2 minutes saw the employee in the back clipping her nails and making a TikTok Definitely not paying attention to the counter and left. Noon shift. UPDATE Made the mistake of wanting to go again today. And the situation was exactly the same except this time. The door was locked and the other one was partially open. So when I went in the same person was in the back. Doing the same thing, not an exaggeration, just the truth.

The Saturday morning crew, on 6/15, were very nice and professional; especially Miss Christina, who made my food perfectly and was very generous.
Unfortunately this is one of the inferior taco bells. Their sign has been out since the day they opened and they haven't fixed it and that just is an indication of how poorly this location is run. It's unfortunate because I know it's difficult to get help but the revolving door of employees makes it difficult to even know when it's open because so many times they close early.

If you are wondering why you guys do not get late night traffic - its because all your night shift employees are constantly hiding out in the dark at the front of the restaurant with ALL the lights off inside so that they APPEAR closed - because god forbid they actually wanna work and serve food at one of the ONLY fast food restaurants open past 11pm in HOBE SOUND. Truly a joke, hire a better manager and less KIDS. And this has been MULTIPLE times !!
